Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 전처리 조성물의 제제와 상이한 제제를 갖는 보충제 조성물을 전처리 조성물에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 전처리 조성물의 보충 방법으로서,
상기 보충제 조성물이,
(a) IIIA 족 금속, IVA 족 금속, IVB 족 금속 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 용해된 착물 불화 금속 이온; 및
(b) IIIA 족 금속, IVA 족 금속, IVB 족 금속 또는 이의 조합의 산화물, 수산화물 또는 탄산염을 포함하는 성분
을 포함하고,
상기 전처리 조성물이, 상기 보충제 조성물을 상기 전처리 조성물에 첨가하기 전에, IIIA 족 금속, IVA 족 금속 또는 IVB 족 금속의 산화물, 수산화물 또는 탄산염을 포함하지 않는, 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
보충제 조성물이 추가적으로 (c) IB 족 금속, IIB 족 금속, VIIB 족 금속, VIII 족 금속, 란탄 계열 금속 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 용해된 금속 이온을 포함하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
보충제 조성물 내에 존재하는 성분 (a) 및 (b)의 총 금속 이온의 8 중량% 이상이 성분 (b)에 의해 제공되는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
보충제 조성물 중의 성분 (a)가 H2TiF6, H2ZrF6, H2HfF6, H2SiF6, H2GeF6, H2SnF6 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
성분 (b)의 금속이 티탄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 알루미늄, 규소, 게르마늄, 주석 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
성분 (b)가 염기성 탄산 지르코늄, 수산화 알루미늄, 산화 주석, 수산화 규소 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
성분 (c)의 용해된 금속 이온이 망간, 세륨, 코발트, 구리, 아연 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
성분 (a)가 보충제 조성물 중의 성분 (a) 및 (b)의 총 금속 이온의 중량에 기초하여 10 내지 92 중량% 금속 이온의 양으로 보충제 조성물 내에 존재하는 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
성분 (b)가 보충제 조성물 중의 성분 (a) 및 (b)의 총 금속 이온의 중량에 기초하여 8 내지 90 중량% 금속 이온의 양으로 보충제 조성물 내에 존재하는 방법. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
성분 (c)가 성분 (a) 및 (b)의 총 금속 이온의 중량 대 성분 (c)의 총 금속 이온의 중량에 기초하여 1:10 내지 10:1의 중량비로 보충제 조성물 내에 존재하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
전처리 조성물이 물 및 (i) IIIA 족 금속, IVA 족 금속, IVB 족 금속, VB 족 금속 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 용해된 착물 불화 금속 이온을 포함하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
전처리 조성물이
(i) IIIA 족 금속, IVA 족 금속, IVB 족 금속, VB 족 금속 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 용해된 착물 불화 금속 이온;
(ii) IB 족 금속, IIB 족 금속, VIIB 족 금속, VIII 족 금속, 란탄 계열 금속 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 용해된 금속 이온; 및
물
을 포함하는 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
전처리 조성물의 용해된 착물 불화 금속 이온 (i)이 보충제 조성물의 용해된 착물 불화 금속 이온 (a)와 동일한 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
보충제 조성물을 전처리 조성물 중의 용해된 착물 불화 금속 이온 (i)로부터 금속 이온의 농도를 10 ppm 내지 250 ppm으로 유지하기에 충분한 양으로 첨가하는 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
보충제 조성물이 IB 족 금속, IIB 족 금속, VIIB 족 금속, VIII 족 금속, 란탄 계열 금속 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 용해된 금속 이온 (c)을 포함하고, 전처리 조성물 중의 용해된 금속 이온 (ii)가 보충제 조성물 중의 용해된 금속 이온 (c)와 동일한, 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
전처리 조성물 중의 용해된 착물 불화 금속 이온 (i)의 금속 이온이 티탄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 규소, 게르마늄, 주석 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 방법. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
전처리 조성물 중의 용해된 금속 이온 (ii)가 망간, 세륨, 코발트, 구리, 아연 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 방법. - 전처리 조성물의 제제와 상이한 제제를 갖는 보충제 조성물을 전처리 조성물에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 전처리 조성물의 보충 방법으로서,
상기 보충제 조성물이,
(a) H2TiF6, H2ZrF6, H2HfF6, H2SiF6, H2GeF6, H2SnF6 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 성분; 및
(b) 티탄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 알루미늄, 규소, 게르마늄, 주석 또는 이의 조합의 산화물, 수산화물 또는 탄산염을 포함하는 성분
을 포함하고,
상기 전처리 조성물이, 상기 보충제 조성물을 상기 전처리 조성물에 첨가하기 전에, 티탄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 알루미늄, 규소, 게르마늄 또는 주석의 산화물, 수산화물 또는 탄산염을 포함하지 않는, 방법. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
보충제 조성물이 추가적으로 (c) 망간, 세륨, 코발트, 구리, 아연 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 용해된 금속 이온을 포함하는 방법. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
전처리 조성물이, (i) IIIA 족 금속, IVA 족 금속, IVB 족 금속, VB 족 금속 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 용해된 착물 불화 금속 이온; 및 물을 포함하는 방법. - 제 18 항에 있어서,
전처리 조성물이
(i) IIIA 족 금속, IVA 족 금속, IVB 족 금속, VB 족 금속 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 용해된 착물 불화 금속 이온;
(ii) IB 족 금속, IIB 족 금속, VIIB 족 금속, VIII 족 금속, 란탄 계열 금속 또는 이의 조합을 포함하는 용해된 금속 이온; 및
물
을 포함하는 방법.
