Claims (6)
- 공작기계에 장착되어 절삭공구(20)를 이용해 공작물을 가공하는 공구홀더에 있어서,
상기 공구홀더는 공구대에 착탈되는 하우징(2)과, 상기 하우징(2) 내에 형성되어 회전되는 스핀들(1)과, 상기 스핀들(1)의 회전을 지지하는 베어링(11, 12)을 포함하여 구성되며,
상기 하우징(2)의 일측에는 외부의 절삭유가 들어오는 유입구(9)가 형성되고, 상기 하우징(2)과 스핀들(1) 사이에 형성되는 씰하우징(4)에는 상기 유입구(9)와 연통되는 유로(4a)가 형성되며, 상기 스핀들(1)에는 씰하우징(4)의 유로(4a)와 연통되는 배출구(1c)가 형성되어 상기 유입구(9), 유로(4a) 및 배출구(1c)를 순차적으로 거쳐 콜렛결합홈(1a) 내로 들어온 절삭유는 절삭공구(20)에 형성된 절삭유로(21)를 통해 외부로 배출되며,
상기 씰하우징(4)과 스핀들(1) 사이에는 일정거리 떨어져 마주보는 형태로 씰(13)이 결합되며, 상기 씰하우징(4)과 씰(13) 및 스핀들(1)은 스핀들(1)을 둘러싸는 형태로 챔버(10)를 만들고 상기 챔버(10)에 씰하우징(4)의 유로(4a)를 통해 들어온 절삭유가 머물다가 스핀들(1)의 배출구(1c)를 통해 배출되되,
상기 스핀들(1)에 형성된 배출구(1c)는 배출구의 중심축 연장선(CL2)과 콜렛결합홈(1a)의 좌우 연장선(CL1)이 만나는 지점(M)은 콜렛결합홈의 중심점(C)에서 일정거리 떨어져 편심져 있고, 스핀들(1)의 회전방향에 대해 한쪽 방향으로 기울어져 있어 상기 배출구(1c)는 콜렛결합홈(1a)의 주위에서 기울어진 날개모양으로 형성되고, 이러한 형상의 배출구(1c)로 인해 스핀들(1)의 회전시 상기 배출구(1c)가 펌프 역할을 하여 챔버(10)에 들어와 있는 절삭유의 배출이 원활히 이루어지는 것이 특징인 절삭유로가 형성된 공구홀더.

상기 배출구(1c)는 스핀들(1)에 2~8개가 형성되어 있는 것이 특징인 절삭유로가 형성된 공구홀더.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 씰하우징(4)은 일측에 고정홈(4b)이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 고정홈(4b)은 씰하우징(4)의 결합위치를 안내해주기 위한 홈으로써, 씰하우징(4)의 유로(4a)와 하우징(2)의 유입구(9)는 항상 일치하여야만 절삭유의 흐름이 원활히 이루어질 수 있으므로 씰하우징(4)의 고정홈(4b)에 고정볼트(6)의 일단이 끼워져 상기 씰하우징(4)의 위치가 임의로 틀어지는 것을 방지하게 되는 것이 특징인 절삭유로가 형성된 공구홀더.
