Claims (2)
- 표면에 공극을 갖는 현무암을 판상으로 가공하여 판재를 재단하는 단계와,
상기 판재의 표면에 붕사 분말 10~15 중량%와 물 85~90 중량%를 혼합한 붕사액을 스프레이 분사하여 도포하는 단계와,
상기 붕사액이 도포된 판재의 표면이나 공극에 유리 분말과 안료 분말을 혼합한 분말에 의해 무늬부를 형성하는 단계와,
상기 무늬부를 형성한 판재를 800~900℃에서 40~60분 가열하여 붕사액이 용융되면서 무늬부의 유리 분말을 판재에 융착하도록 가열 소성하는 단계 및, 상기 판재를 냉각하는 단계에 의해 제조하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 현무암 장식 판재 제조방법.
- 제1항의 제조방법에 의해 판재(10) 표면에 붕사액을 스프레이 분사한 후 유리 분말과 안료 분말을 혼합한 분말을 도포하여 가열 소성과정에서 상기 붕사액이 용융되면서 유리 분말을 판재에 융착시켜 무늬부(15)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현무암 장식 판재.
