Abstract
상기와 같은 구성의 본 발명은, 지지부가 경사각이 다르게 형성된 이단 구조로 구성되어 X축방향과 Y축방향 대비 Z축방향의 방향비를 용이하게 조절할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 2 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 라디에이터 부시가 내부 모습이 나타나도록 부분절개된 상태를 도시한 도면,
도 3 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 라디에이터 부시의 평면도,
도 4 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 라디에이터 부시의 단면도,
도 5 는 도 4 의 부분 확대도,
도 6 은 제1지지부와 제2지지부의 거동방향를 표기한 도면.

Claims (5)
- 차체에 장착되어 라디에이터의 하중을 지지하되, 상하방향으로 개통된 센터홀에 상기 라디에이터의 핀이 삽입되도록 구성된 라디에이터 부시에 있어서,
외측이 차체에 고정되며 링 모양으로 형성된 거치부;와
상기 거치부의 중앙에서 수직으로 세워지며 센터홀이 형성된 센터코어; 및
내측은 센터코어로 연결되고 외측은 거치부의 내주면으로 연결되는 지지부;를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 지지부는, 센터코어의 상단에서 아래로 연장되는 제1지지부 및 상기 제1지지부 아래로 연장되어 거치부의 내주면으로 연결되는 제2지지부로 이뤄지되, 상기 제1지지부의 경사각(α)과 제2지지부의 경사각(β)은 다르게 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 라디에이터 부시.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1지지부의 경사각(α)이 제2지지부의 경사각(β) 보다 더 크게 형성되어 상기 제1지지부가 제2지지부 보다 더 수직에 가깝게 세워진 것을 특징으로 하는 라디에이터 부시.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 센터코어의 상단은 거치부 보다 상측으로 돌출되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 라디에이터 부시.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 라디에이터 부시는 탄성을 갖는 합성수지재로 제조되되, 상기 거치부내에는 라디에이터 부시의 재질 보다 강성이 더 큰 재질로 제조된 링 모양의 스토퍼가 내포된 것을 특징으로 하는 라디에이터 부시.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 지지부에는 하나 이상의 드레인홀이 타공된 것을 특징으로 하는 라디에이터 부시.
