Description
도 2는 중공사막을 이용한 막가습기의 구성을 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 가습장치에서 막가습기의 연결 상태 및 공기를 가습하여 공급하는 상태를 도시한 개략도이다.
도 4와 도 5는 본 발명에 따른 가습장치에서 일 실시예와 다른 실시예에 따른 막가습기의 중공사막을 도시한 단면도이다.

Claims (6)
- 연료전지 스택으로부터 배출된 뒤 하우징 내부로 유입되어 중공사막 주위를 통과하는 스택 배출가스로부터 중공사막 내부의 건조공기가 수분과 열을 전달받아 가습되는 막가습기를 포함하며, 상기 막가습기는 하우징 내부로 유입된 스택 배출가스 중 공기의 산소와 수소를 반응시켜 물과 열을 발생시키는 촉매물질을 갖는 중공사막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 가습장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 중공사막은 외부 표면에 상기 촉매물질을 함유한 다공성 촉매층이 코팅된 구조로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 가습장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 중공사막은 막 벽 내부에 존재하는 촉매입자들을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 가습장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 촉매물질은 백금(Pt), 팔라듐(Pd), 루테늄(Ru), 코발트(Co), 철(Fe), 및 이들을 포함하는 화합물과 산화물, 아연 산화물(Zinc Oxide) 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 가습장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 연료전지 스택의 애노드 출구로부터 연결되는 배기라인이,
연료전지 스택의 캐소드 출구로부터 상기 막가습기의 하우징으로 연결되는 스택의 캐소드측 배기라인과 합관되어,
상기 하우징에 유입되는 스택 배출가스에 스택의 캐소드 출구로부터 배출되는 습윤공기와, 스택의 애노드 출구로부터 배출되는 수소가 포함되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 가습장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 스택의 애노드 출구에 애노드측 배기라인이 연결되고, 상기 애노드측 배기라인에 퍼지 밸브가 설치되며, 상기 퍼지 밸브 후단의 애노드측 배기라인에서 분기된 별도의 배기라인이 상기 스택의 캐소드측 배기라인과 합관되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 가습장치.
