- 삭제
- 끝단에서 축 방향으로 토션바가 형성되고, 상기 토션바가 형성된 끝 지점부터 세레이션이 외주면에 형성되며, 상기 세레이션이 형성된 끝 지점부터 요홈으로 그루브가 형성된 샤프트;
상기 토션바가 삽입되어 상기 샤프트와 결합하는 슬립 부재; 및
상기 슬립 부재가 결합된 상기 샤프트가 삽입되어 상기 샤프트에 형성된 세레이션과 치결합하기 위한 세레이션이 내주면에 형성되고, 상기 샤프트와 볼트 결합을 하기 위한 볼트 조임 홀이 형성된 요크를 포함하되,
상기 슬립 부재의 내주면을 따라 홈이 형성되고,
상기 홈에 삽입되는 링을 더 포함하는 오조립 방지 구조를 구비한 조향 샤프트. - 끝단에서 축 방향으로 토션바가 형성되고, 상기 토션바가 형성된 끝 지점부터 세레이션이 외주면에 형성되며, 상기 세레이션이 형성된 끝 지점부터 요홈으로 그루브가 형성된 샤프트;
상기 토션바가 삽입되어 상기 샤프트와 결합하는 슬립 부재; 및
상기 슬립 부재가 결합된 상기 샤프트가 삽입되어 상기 샤프트에 형성된 세레이션과 치결합하기 위한 세레이션이 내주면에 형성되고, 상기 샤프트와 볼트 결합을 하기 위한 볼트 조임 홀이 형성된 요크를 포함하되,
상기 토션바의 외주면을 따라 홈이 형성되고,
상기 홈에 삽입되는 링을 더 포함하는 오조립 방지 구조를 구비한 조향 샤프트. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 슬립 부재의 내주면을 따라 홈이 형성되어,
상기 슬립 부재의 내주면을 따라 형성된 홈과 상기 토션바의 외주면을 따라 형성된 홈이 마주하여 만들어진 공간에 상기 링이 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오조립 방지 구조를 구비한 조향 샤프트. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 슬립 부재의 내주면은 확경되되,
상기 토션바의 외주면을 따라 형성된 홈이 형성된 지점과 대응되는 지점에서 확경되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오조립 방지 구조를 구비한 조향 샤프트. - 삭제
