Claims (13)
- 전기 기계의 상 권선(phase winding)을 공급 전압으로 여자(excite)시키는 단계;
상기 상 권선 내의 전류가 역치(threshold)를 초과하는 경우, 상기 상 권선을 프리휠링(freewheeling)시키는 단계; 및
상기 공급 전압 및 상기 전기 기계의 속도 중 적어도 하나의 변화에 대응하여 상기 역치를 조절하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 공급 전압의 감소 및 상기 전기 기계의 속도의 증가 중 적어도 하나에 대응하여 상기 역치를 증가시키는 단계를 더 포함하는, 전기 기계의 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어 방법은,
프리휠 기간(freewheel period) 동안 상기 상 권선을 프리휠링시키는 단계, 및 상기 프리휠 기간의 끝에서 상기 상 권선을 여자시키는 단계를 더 포함하고,
상기 프리휠 기간은,
각각의 전기적 하프 사이클(electrical half-cycle)에 대해 고정되는, 전기 기계의 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
각각의 전기적 하프 사이클에 대해 턴 온 각도(turn-on angle)와 턴 오프 각도(turn-off angle) 사이에서 정해진 기간 동안 상기 상 권선을 순차적으로 여자시키고 프리휠링시키는 단계, 및 상기 공급 전압 및 상기 전기 기계의 속도 중 적어도 하나의 변화에 대응하여, 상기 턴 온 각도와 상기 턴 오프 각도 중 적어도 하나를 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 전기 기계의 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
각각의 전기적 하프 사이클에 대해 전도 기간(conduction period) 동안 상기 상 권선을 순차적으로 여자시키고 프리휠링시키는 단계, 및 상기 공급 전압 및 상기 전기 기계의 속도 중 적어도 하나의 변화에 대응하여 상기 전도 기간의 길이를 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 전기 기계의 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
프리휠 기간(freewheel period) 동안 상기 상 권선을 프리휠링시키는 단계, 및 상기 공급 전압 및 상기 전기 기계의 속도 중 적어도 하나의 변화에 대응하여 상기 프리휠 기간을 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 전기 기계의 제어 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
듀티 사이클(duty cycle)을 가지는 펄스(pulsed) 신호를 생성하는 단계;
역치 전압을 생성하기 위하여 상기 펄스 신호를 평활(smooth)화하는 단계;
상기 전기 기계의 구성 요소(component)에 걸리는 전압을 센싱하는 단계;
센싱된 전압을 상기 역치 전압과 비교하는 단계;
상기 센싱된 전압이 상기 역치 전압을 초과하는 경우, 상기 상 권선을 프리휠링시키는 단계; 및
상기 공급 전압 및 상기 전기 기계의 속도 중 적어도 하나의 변화에 대응하여 상기 듀티 사이클을 조절하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 전기 기계의 제어 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
복수의 전압 또는 속도 각각에 대한 듀티 사이클을 포함하는 룩업 테이블(lookup table)을 저장하는 단계, 상기 공급 전압 또는 상기 전기 기계의 속도에 대응하는 듀티 사이클을 상기 룩업 테이블로부터 선택하는 단계, 및 선택된 듀티 사이클을 이용하여 상기 펄스 신호를 생성하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 전기 기계의 제어 방법. - 전기 기계를 위한 제어 시스템에 있어서,
상기 제어 시스템은, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 방법을 수행하는, 제어 시스템. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 제어 시스템은,
상기 상 권선에 연결되는 인버터;
상기 상 권선의 전류를 센싱하기 위한 전류 센서; 및
상기 인버터를 제어하기 위한 하나 이상의 제어 신호를 생성하기 위한 제어기를 포함하고,
상기 인버터는, 제1 제어 신호에 대응하여 상기 공급 전압으로 상기 상 권선을 여자시키고 제2 제어 신호에 대응하여 상기 상 권선을 프리휠링시키며,
상기 제어기는, 상기 상 권선의 전류가 상기 역치를 초과하는 경우, 상기 제1 제어 신호를 생성하고 차후에 상기 제2 제어 신호를 생성하는, 제어 시스템. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 전류 센서는, 상기 상 권선의 전류에 민감한 전압을 가지는 신호를 출력하고,
상기 제어 시스템은, 상기 공급 전압 및 상기 전기 기계의 속도 중 적어도 하나에 따라 결정되는 전압을 가지는 신호를 생성하는 역치 생성기를 더 포함하며,
상기 제어기는, 상기 전류 센서에 의해 출력되는 신호의 전압이 상기 역치 생성기에 의해 출력되는 신호의 전압을 초과하는 경우 상기 제2 제어 신호를 생성하는, 제어 시스템. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 역치 생성기는, PWM 모듈 및 평활 필터를 포함하고,
상기 PWM 모듈의 듀티 사이클은 상기 공급 전압 및 상기 전기 기계의 속도 중 적어도 하나에 따라 결정되는, 제어 시스템. - 영구 자석 모터 및 제9항에 따른 제어 시스템을 포함하는, 모터 시스템.
