Abstract
본 발명에 따른 다층구조 직물은 수분의 흡착량이 증가하고 흡수된 수분을 모세관 현상에 의한 채널을 통하여 신속히 외부로 배출함으로써 수분 배출속도가 증가되어 흡한속건 성능이 우수하며, 또한 피부와 접촉되는 이면층이 이형단면 형상이 아니므로 피부와 마찰시 촉감이 저하되지 않고 소수성 섬유로 구성되어 수분을 함유하지 않으며, 이면층과 표면층 사이에 기능성 섬유를 삽입함으로써 소취성, 정전기 차폐성, 난연성, 온열보존성 등의 기능성을 용이하게 확보할 수 있고 공기 또는 수분을 수용하는 내부공간이 증가하여 보온성이 향상되며 땀을 최대한 흡수하여 신속히 배출하므로 쾌적성, 위생성 및 착용감을 높일 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 경사와 위사 모두 폴리프로필렌 30~150D/24~96F 섬유로 제직되는 이면층;
경사와 위사 모두 이형단면 형상의 폴리에스테르 50~150D/24~96F 섬유로 제직되는 표면층; 및
상기 이면층과 표면층 사이에, 항균·소취기능을 부여한 소취사, 정전기 차폐효과를 제공하는 도전사, 난연성을 향상시킨 난연가공사 또는 발열·축열 가공처리한 온열보존사로 제직되는 중간층;이 삽입되고,
상기 이면층, 중간층 및 표면층은 종과 횡으로 일정 간격 이격된 구획선에서 각 층의 경사 및 위사가 서로 일체로 붙어있으며, 상기 구획선으로 구획형성되는 사각형상의 단위구획이 반복형성되는 흡한속건성 다층구조 직물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이면층 또는 표면층은 경사밀도 120~240 ends/inch, 위사밀도 80~180 picks/inch, 중량 100~200 g/yd인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡한속건성 다층구조 직물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 이형단면 형상은 3각형, 4각형, 5각형, 6각형, 3엽상, 4엽상, 5엽상, 누에고치형, 클로버형, 매화형 및 중공형으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡한속건성 다층구조 직물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌 섬유는 원액에 착색제를 넣어 방사한 선염사인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡한속건성 다층구조 직물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌 섬유는 실리콘계, 우레탄계, 에테르계, 아미노실리콘계, 폴리에스테르계의 흡습제가 1~5 % o.w.f 함유된 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡한속건성 다층구조 직물. - 삭제
