Claims (1)
- 수지 결합재 10∼35 중량부, 분산제 0.1∼10 중량부를 유기 용매에 용해한 수지 용액에, 탄소질 분말 100 중량부를 분산시켜 점도 100 mPa·s∼1500 mPa·s의 슬러리를 제작하는 공정 1,관통 구멍의 개구 면적비(R)가 25%∼85%인 유기물 시트를 상기 슬러리중에 침지하여 유기물 시트의 양면에 상기 슬러리를 부착시킨 후, 건조하여 유기물 시트의 양면에 슬러리를 피착하여 그린시트를 제작하는 공정 2,그린시트를 소정 형상으로 절단하고, 1장 또는 2장 이상을 적층하여 열압 성형하는 공정 3을 순차적으로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 고분자형 연료전지 세퍼레이터재의 제조방법.
