Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 석탄회 필터를 이용하여 세슘이 12.3중량% 포집된 세슘폐필터를 분쇄 후 혼합하여 900 ℃에서 1차 소결한 후, 다시 2차 분쇄 후 혼합하여 1200 ℃에서 소결한 세슘 폐필터 세라믹 잉곳의 사진이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 세슘 폐필터 : Na2O의 비가 90중량% : 10중량%인 혼합물을 1200 ℃에서 3시간 동안 소결하여 제조된 방사성 세슘이 함유된 세슘 폐필터 세라믹 잉곳의 사진이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 석탄회 필터를 이용하여 석탄회 필터를 이용하여 방사성 세슘이 포집된 세슘 폐필터를 소결후 제조한 세슘 폐필터 세라믹 잉곳(실시예 4)의 X-선 회절(XRD) 분석 결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (10)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 방사성 세슘이 포집된 세슘 폐필터 세라믹 잉곳의 제조 방법 :
a) 기체상 세슘이 포집된 폐필터를 분쇄하고 혼합하는 단계;
b) 상기 폐필터를 1차 소결시키는 단계;
c) 상기 소결된 폐필터를 분쇄하는 단계; 및
d) 상기 c)단계에서 분쇄한 분말을 2시간 내지 10시간 동안 2차 소결시켜 세라믹 잉곳을 제조하는 단계.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 a)단계의 세슘 폐필터는 3 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 세슘이 포집된 것을 특징으로 하는, 세슘 폐필터 세라믹 잉곳의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 b) 단계에서의 1차 소결시 온도는 500℃ 내지 1500℃인 것을 특징으로 하는, 세슘 폐필터 세라믹 잉곳의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 2차 소결 이전에 고화제를 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세슘 폐필터 세라믹 잉곳의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 고화제는 Na2O, K2O, Fe2O3, TiO2, MgO, CaO 및 B2O3 로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세슘 폐필터 세라믹 잉곳의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 고화제는 세슘 폐필터에 0 중량% 초과 35 중량% 미만 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세슘 폐필터 세라믹 잉곳의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 d)단계에서의 2차 소결시 온도는 900℃ 내지 1800℃인 것을 특징으로 하는, 세슘 폐필터 세라믹 잉곳의 제조방법.
