도3은 1의 용접장치에서 용융풀에 자기장 및 전기장이 작용하는 상태를 나타낸 도면;
도 4는 본 발명의 용접장치 및 종래의 용접장치에 의해서 용접대상물이 용접된 상태를 나타낸 도면; 및
도 5는 도 1의 용접장치에서, 회전부의 회전에 따라 자기장 형성유닛의 위치가 변경되는 상태를 나타낸 도면.

Claims (5)
- 전극을 가지며 전류를 인가하는 바디;
상기 바디에 고정되어 전류가 흐르며 아크를 발생시켜 용융풀을 형성하는 용접봉; 및
용접대상물과 비접촉하며 인접하게 배치되고, 상기 용접봉과 교차되는 방향으로 상기 용융풀에 자기장을 인가하는 자기장 형성유닛을 포함하며;
상기 용융풀이 흘러내리지 않도록 상기 용융풀에 작용하는 로렌츠힘이 상부방향으로 향하도록 배치되는 용융풀의 흘러내림이 방지되는 용접장치. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 자기장 형성유닛은,
상기 바디에 고정 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융풀의 흘러내림이 방지되는 용접장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바디는,
상기 용접봉의 일단부와 결합되는 고정부; 및
소정의 길이를 가지며 일단부가 상기 고정부를 중심으로 회전 가능하게 결합되고 타단부에 상기 자기장 형성유닛이 결합되는 회전부;
를 포함하는 용융풀의 흘러내림이 방지되는 용접장치. - 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 자기장 형성유닛은,
선택적으로 상기 회전부와의 결합각도가 조절되는 용융풀의 흘러내림이 방지되는 용접장치.
