Abstract
상기 온도측정센서는, 상기 상판의 온도를 측정하는 측온체와, 상기 측온체에 전기적으로 접속된 리드선들과, 상기 측온체가 수용되는 수용부가 형성된 보호케이스와, 상기 수용부에 충진되는 충진재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- 피가열체가 놓여지는 상판;
상기 상판의 하부에 설치되며 자기장을 형성하는 유도코일;
상기 상판에 밀착되어 상기 상판의 온도를 측정하는 온도측정센서를 포함하며,
상기 온도측정센서는,
상기 상판의 온도를 측정하는 측온체;
상기 측온체에 전기적으로 접속된 리드선들;
상기 측온체가 수용되는 수용부가 형성된 보호케이스;
상기 수용부에 충진되는 충진재;
서로 단락되지 않도록 상기 리드선들을 덮는 절연튜브; 및
상기 유도코일에 의해 형성되는 자기장에 의해 와류전류가 발생되지 않도록 상기 절연튜브를 덮는 보호튜브를 더 구비하며,
상기 절연튜브 및 상기 보호튜브는 불소수지 소재인, 전자기유도 가열장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 보호케이스의 일측에는 상기 리드선이 상기 측온체에 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 수용부로 삽입되기 위한 개방부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기유도 가열장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전자기유도 가열장치는 상기 상판으로부터 이격되어 상기 상판의 하부에 설치되는 지지프레임을 더 포함하며,
상기 지지프레임은 상부면에 설치되어 상기 온도측정센서가 삽입 및 지지되기 위한 삽입홈을 가지는 지지돌기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기유도 가열장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 전자기유도 가열장치는 상기 삽입홈에 수용되어 상기 온도측정센서를 상기 상판에 밀착시키기 위해 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성체를 더 포함하는 전자기유도 가열장치.
