Abstract
Description
도 2a 및 도 2b는 본 발명의 제조예 13 내지 16에 따라 제조된 촉매의 암모니아 전환율 및 질소 선택도(암모니아의 질소로의 전환율)를 측정한 결과를 나타낸 그래프.
도 3a 및 도 3b는 본 발명의 제조예 12 및 15에 따라 제조된 촉매의 암모니아 전환율 및 질소 선택도(암모니아의 질소로의 전환율)를 비교제조예 5 및 6에 따라 제조된 촉매와 비교 측정한 결과를 나타낸 그래프.
도 4a 및 도 4b는 본 발명의 제조예 12 및 15에 따라 제조된 촉매를 이용하여 적외선분광분석기(Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer, 이하, “FT-IR”이라 함)를 통해 측정한 결과를 나타낸 그래프.

- 암모니아의 선택적 산화 촉매 제조방법에 있어서,
티타니아 담체에 상기 티타니아 담체 100중량부에 대하여 바나듐 전구체 0.5~2중량부(바나듐 원소 기준) 또는 텅스텐 전구체 1~15중량부를 순차적으로 담지, 건조 및 소성하여 바나듐/티타니아 촉매 또는 텅스텐/티타니아 촉매를 제조한 후,
상기 바나듐/티타니아 촉매 또는 텅스텐/티타니아 촉매에 상기 티타니아 담체 100중량부에 대하여 세륨 전구체 5~20중량부(세륨 원소 기준)를 순차적으로 담지, 건조 및 소성하여 세륨/바나듐/티타니아 촉매 또는 세륨/텅스텐/티타니아 촉매를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아의 선택적 산화 촉매 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 세륨 전구체는 세륨 나이트레이트(Ce(NO3)3·xH2O), 세륨 아세테이트(Ce(CH3CO2)3·xH2O), 세륨 옥살라이트(Ce2(C2O4)3·xH2O) 및 세륨 옥사이드(CeO2)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아의 선택적 산화 촉매 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 바나듐 전구체는 암모늄-메타바나데이트(NH4VO3) 또는 바나듐 옥사이드(V2O5)인 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아의 선택적 산화 촉매 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 소성은 질소 및 산소를 포함하는 기체 분위기에서 400~700℃의 온도로 1~10시간 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아의 선택적 산화 촉매 제조방법. - 제6항, 제7항, 제9항 및 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 선택적 산화 촉매에 암모니아, 산소 및 수분을 포함하는 혼합 가스를 통과시켜 암모니아를 선택적으로 산화시키는 방법.
- 제6항, 제7항, 제9항 및 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 선택적 산화 촉매에 질소산화물, 암모니아, 산소 및 수분을 포함하는 혼합 가스를 통과시켜 질소 산화물을 제거시키는 방법.
