- 석회석을 이용한 배연 탈황 부산물 50~95중량%와, 수미석을 이용한 배연 탈황 부산물 5~50중량%를 포함하는 시멘트 몰탈용 무기질계 팽창재 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 석회석(CaCO3)을 이용한 배연 탈황 부산물은 정유공장에서 배연 탈황 매개물로 석회석을 사용하여 배연 탈황 후에 발생되는 산업부산물로서, 생석회(CaO) 30~40중량%, 무수석고(CaSO4) 30~40중량%, 미반응 석회석(CaCO3) 25~35중량%이 함유된 상태로 사용되고,
상기 수미석(Mg(OH)2,CaO)을 이용한 배연 탈황 부산물은 정유공장에서 배연 탈황 매개물로 수미석을 사용하여 배연 탈황 후에 발생되는 산업부산물로서, 산화마그네슘(MgO) 40~50중량%, 황산마그네슘(MgSO4)40~50중량%, 무수석고(CaSO4) 5~15중량%이 함유된 상태로 사용되는 시멘트 몰탈용 무기질계 팽창재 조성물. - 석회석을 이용한 배연 탈황 부산물과 수미석을 이용한 배연 탈황 부산물로 이루어지는 팽창재 조성물 1~10중량%, 시멘트 10~40중량%, 모래 30~80중량%, 플라이 애쉬 1~10중량%, 슬래그 미분말 1~10중량%, 증점제 0.01~1.0중량%, 실리카 흄 0.1~5.0중량%, 실리카 미분말 0.5~10.0중량%, 섬유보강재 0.01~1.0중량%를 포함하는 무기질계 팽창재 조성물을 이용한 시멘트 몰탈.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 팽창재 조성물은 석회석을 이용한 배연 탈황 부산물 50~95중량%와, 수미석을 이용한 배연 탈황 부산물 5~50중량%의 비율로 혼합하여 사용하는 무기질계 팽창재 조성물을 이용한 시멘트 몰탈. - 청구항 3 또는 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 석회석(CaCO3)을 이용한 배연 탈황 부산물은 정유공장에서 배연 탈황 매개물로 석회석을 사용하여 배연 탈황 후에 발생되는 산업부산물로서, 생석회(CaO) 30~40중량%, 무수석고(CaSO4) 30~40중량%, 미반응 석회석(CaCO3) 25~35중량%이 함유된 상태로 사용되고,
