Claims (17)
- 방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트;
상기 방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트 표면에 형성된 바인더를 포함하는 제1코팅층; 및
상기 제1코팅층의 표면에 형성된 자신 무게의 2배 이상의 물을 흡수하는 흡수제를 포함하는 제2코팅층을 포함하되,
상기 제1코팅층 및 제2코팅층 중 적어도 어느 한 층은 안정제를 포함하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트는 20g/d 이상의 인장 강도 및 300g/d 이상의 탄성률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바인더는 폴리우레탄계 고분자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡수제는 아크릴산계 고분자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 안정제는 산화방지제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 산화방지제는 페놀계, 황계, 및 인계 산화방지제 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 안정제는 자외선 흡수제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 자외선 흡수제는 벤조트리아졸계, 벤조페논계 및 살리실레이트계 자외선 흡수제 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 안정제는 힌더드아민광안정제(hindered amine light stabilizer)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유는 Q-UV 장치(CLEVELAND, 26200 First)를 이용하여 45℃의 온도에서 1008 시간 동안 자외선 조사 후 측정된 흡수성이 상기 자외선 조사 전 측정된 흡수성 대비 80% 이상 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유는 200% 이상의 흡수성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유. - 방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트를 준비하는 공정;
바인더를 물에 녹여 제1조성물을 제조하는 공정;
상기 방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트 표면에 상기 제1조성물을 도포하는 공정;
제1코팅층을 형성시키기 위해 상기 제1조성물이 도포된 방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트를 건조하는 공정;
상기 제1코팅층 표면에 자신 무게의 2배 이상의 물을 흡수하는 흡수제를 도포하는 공정; 및
제2코팅층을 형성시키기 위해 상기 흡수제가 도포된 방향족 폴리아미드 필라멘트를 열처리하는 공정을 포함하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 건조 공정은 30 내지 120℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 열처리 공정은 80 내지 250℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 제1코팅층 및 제2코팅층 중 적어도 어느 한 층은 안정제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 제1코팅층은 상기 제1코팅층 및 제2코팅층의 전체 중량 대비 10 내지 50 중량%의 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광케이블 방수용 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유의 제조방법.
