Claims (23)
- 제1 절연 기판;상기 제1 절연 기판 상에 형성되며, 단위 화소를 이루며 광투과 영역 및 광반사 영역 각각을 구비하는 적어도 4개 이상의 서브 화소를 포함하며,상기 적어도 4개 이상의 서브 화소는 적색, 녹색, 청색 및 백색 서브화소를 포함하고, 상기 적어도 4개 이상의 서브화소 중에서 상기 적색, 녹색, 및 청색 서브 화소들의 광반사 영역에는 각각 광투과홀이 형성되고,상기 녹색 서브화소의 광 투과홀의 크기는 상기 적색 서브화소의 광 투과홀의 크기보다 크고, 상기 적색 서브화소의 광 투과홀의 크기는 상기 청색 서브화소의 광 투과홀의 크기보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 절연 기판과 대향하는 제2 절연 기판;상기 제1 및 제2 절연 기판 사이에 개재되는 액정층; 및상기 제2 절연 기판 상에 형성되며, 상기 적어도 4개 이상의 서브 화소 각각의 광반사 영역 각각에 대응하는 위치에 형성된 광반사 전극을 더 포함하는 반투과형 액정 표시장치.

- 제1 절연 기판 상에 형성되며 단위 화소를 이루는 적어도 4개 이상의 컬러 필터를 포함하며, 외부로부터 입사되는 광을 이용하여 색을 표현하는 컬러 필터 기판;제2 절연 기판 상에 형성된 박막 트랜지스터, 광투과 전극 및 광반사 전극을 포함하며, 상기 컬러 필터 기판과 대향하는 박막 트랜지스터 기판; 및상기 컬러 필터 기판 및 상기 박막 트랜지스터 기판 사이에 개재되는 액정층을 포함하며,상기 적어도 4개 이상의 서브 화소는 적색, 녹색, 청색 및 백색 서브화소를 포함하고, 상기 적어도 4개 이상의 서브화소 중에서 상기 적색, 녹색, 및 청색 서브 화소들의 광반사 영역에는 상기 광반사 전극에 대응하는 위치에서 각각 광투과홀이 형성되고,상기 녹색 서브화소의 광 투과홀의 크기는 상기 적색 서브화소의 광 투과홀의 크기보다 크고, 상기 적색 서브화소의 광 투과홀의 크기는 상기 청색 서브화소의 광 투과홀의 크기보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정 표시장치.
