Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 탄성력에 의해 인접한 추골을 지지함으로써, 인공 디스크의 상부 몸체와 하부 몸체의 잦은 마찰로 인한 마모 문제를 해결할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 의학적으로 신체의 척추 운동 중심축이 척추체(Vertebral Body)의 후방(후방으로부터 약 1/3 범위 내)에 있으므로, 추간 인공 디스크 운동의 중심축이 신체 척추 운동의 중심축과 동일한 위치인 후방에 위치하도록 함으로써 척추와 잘 맞물려 움직일 수 있어 이질감이 없고, 인공 디스크를 사용하기 전과 동일한 척추의 움직임을 재현할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 상위 플레이트의 좌, 우 회전 및 좌, 우 굽힘이 모두 가능하여 상부 추골 원래의 모든 움직임을 가능하게 하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (10)
- 인접한 추골 간에 삽입 가능한 인공 디스크에 있어서,
하부 추골과 맞물리며 상부 추골에 탄성력을 제공하는 하위 플레이트; 및
상기 하위 플레이트의 상부에 안착되어 상부 추골과 맞물리며 상부 추골의 회전에 따라 일정 각도 범위에서 좌, 우 회전이 가능한 상위 플레이트를 포함하고,
상기 하위 플레이트는 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 구성되어 상부 추골의 전방부가 아래로 내려오면 하중에 따라 'ㄷ'자 형상의 상단이 아래로 내려오는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성력을 지닌 추간 인공 디스크.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하위 플레이트의 'ㄷ'자 형상의 상단에는 개구부가 형성되어 있고, 상위 플레이트가 상기 개구부에 결합되어 안착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성력을 지닌 추간 인공 디스크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하위 플레이트는
하부 추골과 맞물려 추간 인공 디스크의 이탈을 방지하는 하부 추골 지지부;
상기 상위 플레이트의 하부면에 대응하는 구조로 형성되어 상위 플레이트가 안착되어 회전 가능하도록 하는 안착부; 및
상기 하부 추골 지지부와 안착부를 연결하며, 상부 추골 전방부가 아래로 움직임에 따라 접힌 안착부에 탄성력을 제공하는 탄성연결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성력을 지닌 추간 인공 디스크. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 안착부는
좌, 우측 두 개로 분리된 제1 안착부와 제2 안착부로 구성되며, 제1 안착부와 제2 안착부는 상기 상위 플레이트의 하부면이 결합하여 회전 가능하도록 하는 오목한 형상의 회전 가이드부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성력을 지닌 추간 인공 디스크. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 탄성연결부는 구부러짐이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 탄성력을 제공하도록 원형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성력을 지닌 추간 인공 디스크. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 탄성연결부는
제1 안착부에 가해지는 하중에 의해 제1 안착부와 연결된 탄성연결부가 구부러지고, 제2 안착부에 가해지는 하중에 의해 제2 안착부와 연결된 탄성연결부가 구부러지도록 가운데에 일정 길이의 홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성력을 지닌 추간 인공 디스크. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 탄성연결부는
제1 안착부 또는 제2 안착부에 가해지는 하중에 의해 해당 방향으로 쉽게 구부러지도록 좌, 우측에 일정 길이의 홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성력을 지닌 추간 인공 디스크. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상위 플레이트는
상부 추골과 맞물려 추간 인공 디스크의 이탈을 방지하는 상부 추골 지지부; 및
상기 상부 추골 지지부의 하부면에 구비되고 상기 하위 플레이트의 상부면에 결합하여 회전 가능한 원형의 회전부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성력을 지닌 추간 인공 디스크. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 원형의 회전부는 일정 각도 이상 회전되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 전방 및 후방에 방지턱을 구비하고, 일정 각도 이상 회전시 방지턱이 상기 하위 플레이트에 걸려서 회전이 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성력을 지닌 추간 인공 디스크.
