Claims (7)
- 접착제용 수성 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물에 있어서,
중량평균분자량이 1,000 ~ 2,000인 폴리올 25 ~ 45 중량%, 중량평균분자량이 80 ~ 100인 디올 20 ~ 25 중량%, 유기 디이소시아네이트 20 ~ 25 중량%, 중량평균분자량이 120 ~ 140인 유화제로써 디메틸프로피온산(2,2-Bis(hydroxy methyl) propionic acid, DMPA) 5 ~ 10 중량% 및 쇄연장제 10 ~ 15 중량%로 이루어진 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여,
바이오 폴리올 1 ~ 7 중량부를 더 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 바이오 폴리올은, 캐스터오일(Castor Oil), 레스퀘렐라 오일(Lesquerella Oil) 또는 소이빈 오일(Soybean Oil)을 에폭시화 반응시킨 화합물 또는 캐스터 오일을 에폭시화 반응시킨 화합물 중에서 단독 또는 2종 이상 병용하여 사용하며,
상기 폴리올은, 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜(polytetramethylene glycol, PTMG), 폴리카프로락톤(polycaprolactone, PCL), 폴리프로필렌글리콜(polypropylene glycol, PPG), 폴리에틸렌글리콜(polyethylene glycol, PEG) 또는 폴리카보네이트디올(polycarbonatediol, PCDL) 중에서 단독 또는 2종 이상 병용하여 사용하고,
상기 디올은, 1,4- 부타디올(1,4-butandiol), 1,6-헥산디올(1,6-hexanediol), 1,5-펜탄디올(1,5-pentanediol), 1,7-헥탄디올(1,7-hectanediol), 1,9-노난디올(1,9-nonanediol) 또는 1,10-데칸디올(1,10-decanediol) 중에서 단독 또는 2종 이상 병용하여 사용하며,
상기 유기 디이소시아네이트는, 이소프론디이소시아네이트(isophoron diisocyanate, IPDI), 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(Hexa Methylene diisocyanate), 메틸 사이클로 헥산 디이소시아네이트(Methyl Cyclo Hexane diisocyanate), 크실렌 디이소시아네이트(Xylene diisocyanate), 디페닐 메탄 디이소시아네이트(diphenyl diisocyanate), 1,5-나프탈렌 디이소시아네이트(1,5-naphthalene diisocyanate), 2,4-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트(2,4-toluene diisocyanate) 또는 2,6-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트(2,6-toluene diisocyanate) 중에서 단독 또는 2종 이상 병용하여 사용하고,
상기 쇄연장제는, 피페라진(Piperazine), 에틸렌디아민(ethylene diamine, EDA) 또는 디에틸렌트리아민(diethylenetri amine, DETA) 중에서 단독 또는 2종 이상 병용하여 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제용 수성 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물. - 삭제
