Claims (3)
- 차량의 휠과 함께 회전하는 디스크와; 상기 디스크 양쪽을 압박하도록 마련된 한 쌍의 패드 플레이트와; 상기 한 쌍의 패드 플레이트가 상기 디스크 방향으로 진퇴 가능하게 설치되는 캐리어와; 상기 캐리어에 슬라이딩 가능하도록 결합되되 상기 일측 패드 플레이트를 상기 디스크에 압박시키는 피스톤이 내장되는 실린더부와, 상기 캐리어 양단에 슬라이딩 가능하도록 결합되는 한 쌍의 가이드로드와, 상기 타측 패드 플레이트를 상기 디스크에 압박시키는 핑거부를 포함하는 캘리퍼 하우징;을 구비하는 디스크 브레이크에 있어서,
상기 캐리어의 양단에는 제동시 상기 캐리어에 가해지는 토크를 흡수하기 위한 한 쌍의 토션부재가 마련되고,
상기 토션부재는 상기 가이드로드가 슬라이딩 가능하게 마련되고 상기 가이드로드를 따라 이격되어 배치되며 슬라이딩홀을 구비하는 한 쌍의 고정부와, 상기 고정부 사이를 연결하며 상기 가이드로드와 평행하게 마련되는 보조가이드로드부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 캘리퍼 하우징에는 상기 보조가이드로드부가 슬라이딩 가능하도록 안내하는 슬라이딩홈이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크. - 제 1항 및 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 캐리어는 상기 가이드로드가 슬라이딩 가능하도록 안내하는 연통홀을 구비하고,
상기 고정부는 상기 캐리어에 형성되는 삽입홈에 삽입되어 고정되고,
상기 연통홀은 상기 고정부에 마련되어 상기 가이드로드가 슬라이딩 가능하도록 하는 상기 슬라이딩홀과 통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
