Claims (3)
- 압축 공기를 공급받아 팽창하고 그 압축 공기의 배출을 통해 수축하는 에어백(10)과, 상기 에어백(10)의 하부에 결합되어 차축으로 연결되는 피스톤(30) 및 상기 에어백(10)의 상부에 결합되어 차체로 연결되는 어퍼 플레이트(50)를 포함하여 이루어지는 차량용 에어 스프링에 있어서,상기 차축과 연결되는 마운트 볼트(MB)가 상기 피스톤(30)에 장착되고, 상기 피스톤(30)과 상기 마운트 볼트(MB) 사이에 베어링유닛(70)이 구성되며,상기 피스톤(30)은 상기 베어링유닛(70)을 장착하기 위한 베어링 리테이너(33)를 일체로 형성하고,상기 베어링유닛(70)은 상기 마운트 볼트(MB)와 연결되며, 상기 베어링 리테이너(33)에 장착되는 롤러 베어링(71)으로 이루어지고,상기 마운트 볼트(MB)는 마운트 블록(75)을 통하여 상기 롤러 베어링(71)과 연결되게 설치되고,상기 롤러 베어링(71)은 상기 피스톤(30)의 하단부에 형성된 상기 베어링 리테이너(33)에 장착되며, 상기 마운트 블록(75)을 통하여 마운트 볼트(MB)와 연결되게 설치되고,상기 마운트 블록(75)은 롤러 베어링(71)이 피스톤(30)의 베어링 리테이너(33)에 장착된 상태로 그 롤러 베어링(71)에 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 탭 가공이 이루어져 마운트 볼트(MB)가 고정되게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어 스프링.
