Abstract
본 발명의 정삼투막은 부직포층상에 소수성 고분자 지지층으로 이루어진 2층 구조의 정삼투막으로서, 상기 소수성 고분자 지지층이 부직포 접촉면에서부터 반대측면까지 기공도 30 내지 80%로 분포되어, 원수부에서 유도용액으로 원활히 물이 유입되어, 삼투방향으로의 높은 수투과성이 구현하고, 상기 소수성 고분자 지지층의 최외측 표면이 친수성으로 개질됨으로써, pH 2-12의 넓은 영역에 활용가능하고 표면전하에 의한 친수성 부여로 내오염성이 향상된 정삼투막을 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (9)
- 2 cc/㎠ㆍsec 이상의 공기 투과량을 가지는 부직포층 상에, 상기 부직포층 접촉면에서부터 소수성 고분자 지지층의 최외측 표면까지 기공도 30 내지 80%로 분포된 소수성 고분자 지지층이 적층되되,
상기 소수성 고분자 지지층의 최외측 표면이 술폰화되어 접촉각이 33.2 이상 72.5도 미만으로 친수성 개질된 것을 특징으로 하는 정삼투막. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 고분자 지지층이 폴리술폰 및 폴리에테르술폰을 포함하는 폴리술폰계 고분자; 폴리아미드계 고분자; 폴리이미드계 고분자; 폴리에스테르계 고분자; 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 올레핀계 고분자; 폴리벤조이미다졸 고분자 및 폴리비닐리덴디플로라이드을 포함하는 할로겐화 고분자;로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 단독 또는 그들의 혼합형태가 함유된 용액으로부터 제막된 것을 특징으로 하는 정삼투막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 고분자 지지층의 두께가 30 내지 250㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 정삼투막.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정삼투막이 단위면적당 0.375 (μS/cm)/minㆍcm2 이하의 전도도 변화량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정삼투막.

- 부직포층상에, 소수성 고분자에 술폰화된 폴리술폰계 중합체 0.5 내지 5중량%가 함유된 고분자용액을 캐스팅하여 30 내지 250㎛ 두께의 고분자 지지층을 형성하고,
30 내지 60℃에서 1/6 내지 60분 동안 공기상에 노출시켜 표면이 경화된 스킨층을 형성하고,
이후 40 내지 70℃로 유지된 응고조에 침지하여 상전이 시킨 후 건조하는 것으로 이루어진 정삼투막의 제조방법. - 소수성 고분자 함유용액에 0.5 내지 5%의 황산용액을 첨가하여 질소분위기하에서 상온 내지 60℃에서 반응시켜 고분자용액을 준비하고,
상기 고분자용액을 부직포층상에 캐스팅하여 30 내지 250㎛ 두께의 소수성 고분자 지지층을 형성하고,
30 내지 60℃에서 1/6 내지 60분 동안 공기상에 노출시켜 표면이 경화된 스킨층을 형성하고,
이후 40 내지 70℃로 유지된 응고조에 침지하여 상전이 시킨 후 건조하는 것으로 이루어진 정삼투막의 제조방법. - 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 상전이에 의해 소수성 고분자 지지층이 30 내지 80%의 기공도를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정삼투막의 제조방법.
