여기서, 카메라를 구비한 매니폴레이터에 대해서는 한국 공개특허 제10-2008-0004043호(2008.01.09. 공개)와 한국 공개특허 제10-2005-0051749호(2005.06.02. 공개) 및 일본 공개특허 제2001-027689호(2001.01.30. 공개) 등에 기재되어 있습니다.
도2는 본 발명은 일 실시예에 따른 원격 탈부착 장치의 카메라모듈을 자세히 도시한 사시도이다.
도3은 본 발명은 일 실시예에 따른 원격 탈부착 장치의 고정모듈을 자세히 도시한 사시도이다.
도4는 본 발명은 일 실시예에 따른 원격 탈부착 장치의 카메라모듈이 교체되는 모습을 도시한 사시도이다.

Claims (10)
- 유해환경 내에서 원격로봇의 슬레이브 암이 작업하는 환경을 모니터링하는 카메라 모듈을 구비하는 원격 탈부착 장치에 있어서,
상기 슬레이브 암에 구비된 그리퍼 인근에 고정되는 고정모듈; 및
상기 고정모듈 내에 탈/부착이 가능하며, 상기 그리퍼 주위의 시각 정보를 제공하는 카메라모듈;
를 포함하고,
상기 카메라모듈은 하우징, 상기 하우징에 고정되며, 상기 시각 정보를 촬영하는 카메라, 상기 고정모듈에 탈착 또는 부착이 가능하게 하는 탈착유닛 및 상기 고정모듈과 결합되어, 상기 카메라에 전기적 신호를 송수신하는 커넥터를 포함하고,
상기 탈착유닛은 스프링, 상기 스프링의 수축 또는 팽창에 의해 상기 스프링이 수축 또는 팽창되는 방향으로 이동하는 체결판 및 상기 체결판에 연결되어, 상기 고정모듈에 상기 카메라모듈을 고정시키는 핀을 포함하고,
상기 카메라 모듈은 작업자에 의해 원격으로 조종되는 원격조작기로 탈착 또는 부착이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 원격 탈부착 장치. - 삭제

상기 카메라모듈은 수집된 시각 정보를 상기 작업을 수행하는 작업자에게 제공하기 위해 외부로 전송하는 원격 탈부착 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정모듈은 상기 그리퍼에 고정 지지되며, 홈이 형성된 클램프 하우징을 포함하는 원격 탈부착 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 클램프 하우징은 일측에 상기 커넥터와 대응하여 체결되는 숫 커넥터를 더 포함하는 원격 탈부착 장치. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 숫 커넥터는 외부전원 또는 제어장치와 연결되어, 상기 카메라모듈에 전원을 공급하고 시각 정보를 외부로 전달하는 원격 탈부착 장치.
