Claims (24)
- X선 회절법에 의한 (002)면의 평균 면간격 d002가 0.3362nm~0.3370nm이고,
비표면적이 6㎡/g이하이고,
1차 입자의 종횡비가 1.00~1.32이고,
등방성의 결정 구조를 갖고,
단일 조성의 입자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
라만 분광 스펙트럼으로 측정되는 1360cm-1의 부근에 있는 피크 강도(ID)와 1580cm-1의 부근에 있는 피크 강도(IG)의 강도비 ID/IG(R값)가 0.01 이상 0.2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
30℃~10O℃의 열팽창 계수(CTE)가 4.0×10-6/℃ 이상 5.0×10-6/℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
레이저 회절법에 의해 측정된 체적 기준의 입경 분포에 있어서, D50%가 2~9㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
레이저 회절법에 의해 측정된 체적 기준의 입경 분포에 있어서, D50%가 10~25㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
레이저 회절법에 의해 측정된 체적 기준의 입경 분포에 있어서, D50%가 2~9㎛이고,
느슨한 벌크 밀도가 0.4g/㎤ 이상이고,
또한, 400회 태핑을 행했을 때의 분체 밀도가 O.5g/㎤ 이상 1g/㎤ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
레이저 회절법에 의해 측정된 체적 기준의 입경 분포에 있어서, D50%가 10~25㎛이고,
느슨한 벌크 밀도가 0.7g/㎤ 이상이고,
또한, 400회 태핑을 행했을 때의 분체 밀도가 1.0g/㎤ 이상 1.35g/㎤ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 재료. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
비표면적이 2~6㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 재료. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
비표면적이 0.8~1.8㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연 재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 흑연 재료를 포함하는 전지 전극용 탄소 재료.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,
섬유 직경 2~1000nm인 탄소 섬유를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전극용 탄소 재료. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
흑연 재료 100질량부에 대하여, 탄소 섬유를 0.01~20질량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전극용 탄소 재료. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 섬유는 종횡비가 10~15000인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전극용 탄소 재료. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 섬유는 기상법 탄소 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전극용 탄소 재료. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 섬유는 2000℃ 이상으로 열처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전극용 탄소 재료. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 섬유는 내부에 중공 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 전지 전극용 탄소 재료. - 제 11 항에 있어서,

상기 탄소 섬유는 X선 회절법에 의한 (002)면의 평균 면간격 d002가 0.344nm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 전극용 탄소 재료. - 제 10 항에 기재된 전지 전극용 탄소 재료와 바인더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극용 페이스트.
