Claims (8)
- 유리 라이닝용 유약칠 조성물을 구성하는 프릿이 SiO2 65 ∼ 75 몰%, ZrO2 2 ∼ 8 몰%, R2O (단, R 은 Li, K, Cs 를 나타낸다) 10 ∼ 22 몰%, R'O (단, R' 는 Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba 를 나타낸다) 2 ∼ 12 몰% 를 함유하여 이루어지고, Na2O 를 첨가하지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 라이닝용 유약칠 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,프릿이 TiO2, Al2O3, La2O3, B2O3 및 ZnO 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상을 함유하여 이루어지는 유리 라이닝용 유약칠 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,TiO2 의 함유량이 0.1 ∼ 4 몰%, Al2O3 의 함유량이 0.1 ∼ 4 몰%, La2O3 의 함유량이 0.1 ∼ 4 몰%, B2O3 의 함유량이 0.1 ∼ 4 몰%, ZnO 의 함유량이 0.1 ∼ 4 몰% 의 범위 내에 있고, 2 종 이상을 병용하는 경우에는, 그 합계량이 0.2 ∼ 5 몰% 의 범위 내인 유리 라이닝용 유약칠 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,CoO, Sb2O3, Cr2O3, Fe2O3, SnO2 및 CeO2 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 착색 성분을 프릿 100 질량% 에 대해 Fe2O3 환산량으로 3 질량%까지의 양으로 배합하는 유리 라이닝용 유약칠 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,SiO2, Al2O3 및 CaO 성분 중에서 5 몰% 까지를 불화물의 형태로 사용하는 유리 라이닝용 유약칠 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,선열팽창 계수 (100 ∼ 400℃) 가 85 ∼ 110×10-7℃-1 의 범위 내에 있는 유리 라이닝용 유약칠 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,직경 0.1 ∼ 30 미크론, 길이 0.005 ∼ 3㎜, 길이/직경의 형상비 50 이상인 금속 섬유를 프릿 100 질량부에 대해 0.01 ∼ 1.5 질량부 함유하여 이루어지는 유리 라이닝용 유약칠 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,금속 섬유는 귀금속계 금속, 및 백금과 백금족 금속의 합금으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 또는 2 종 이상인 유리 라이닝용 유약칠 조성물.
