Claims (11)
- 폴리에테르폴리우레탄폴리올 및 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지를 함유하는 주제(主劑)와, 경화제를 포함하고,
상기 폴리에테르폴리우레탄폴리올은 탄소수가 3 또는 4의 반복 단위를 가지는 폴리알킬렌글리콜 및 알칸디올 모노머와, 유기 디이소시아네이트와의 반응을 0.7 이상, 1 미만의 당량비(NCO/OH)로 행하여 얻은 것이며, 그 중량평균분자량이 20,000~70,000이고, 우레탄 결합 당량이 320~600 g/eq이며,
상기 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지는, 그 수평균분자량 400~5,000이며, 상온에서 고형상 또는 반고형상을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알칸디올 모노머는 그 탄소수가 2~9인 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경화제는 다관능 폴리 이소시아네이트를 함유하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 다관능 폴리 이소시아네이트는 적어도 이소시아누레이트 구조를 가지는 다관능 폴리 이소시아네이트를 포함하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 다관능 폴리 이소시아네이트는 상기 이소시아누레이트 구조를 가지는 다관능 폴리 이소시아네이트를 50~100 중량%로 함유하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
열안정제를 상기 주제의 전(全) 비휘발분 100중량부에 대해서 1~5중량부의 배합량으로 더 함유하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
표면에 불소 원자를 포함하는 치환기를 가지는 제1의 기재와, 제2의 기재를 접착할 때에 이용하는 라미네이트 접착제인 접착제 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1의 기재는 그 적어도 표면이 불소계 수지를 주재료로 하여 구성되어 있는 접착제 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제 2의 기재는 수지 재료 및 금속 재료 중 적어도 하나로 구성되어 있는 접착제 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 수지 재료는 주로 불소계 수지를 함유하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항에 기재된 접착제 조성물을 이용하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
