도 3은 본 발명에 따른 레졸버 옵셋 측정 과정에서 d축 전류 및 q축 전류의 평균값이 사용됨을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (7)
- 옵셋 측정 과정을 포함하는 레졸버 옵셋 보정 방법에 있어서,
상기 옵셋 측정 과정은,
모터에 레졸버가 조립되고 난 뒤 상기 모터로의 회전력 전달이 가능한 회전수단을 이용하여 모터를 회전시키는 단계;
전압지령을 설정하고 상기 전압지령에 따라 모터의 전류를 제어하는 단계;
모터의 전류를 제어하는 동안 피드백 전류인 d축 전류와 q축 전류를 구하는 단계;
상기 d축 전류와 q축 전류가 설정 범위 이내로 일정한 정상 상태임을 확인하는 단계; 및
정상 상태인 것으로 확인되면 d축 전류와 q축 전류를 이용하여 레졸버 옵셋()을 ' = tan-1(d축 전류/q축 전류)'의 식으로부터 산출하는 단계;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레졸버 옵셋 보정 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 d축 전류와 q축 전류는 레졸버 검출값을 이용하여 전류센서에 의해 측정된 모터 상 전류를 좌표 변환하여 구해지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 레졸버 옵셋 보정 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
하이브리드 자동차에서 상기 회전수단이 엔진인 것을 특징으로 하는 레졸버 옵셋 보정 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 모터가 차량 구동을 위한 구동모터인 것을 특징으로 하는 레졸버 옵셋 보정 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 모터가 하이브리드 자동차에서 통합형 시동발전기(Integrated Starter & Generator, ISG)인 것을 특징으로 하는 레졸버 위치 보정 방법.
