Claims (9)
- 냉매 유입홀 및 냉매 토출홀을 구비하는 밀폐 용기;밀폐 용기 내에 구비되며, 회전력을 전달하는 회전축;저압 실린더, 회전축의 회전에 따라 저압 실린더의 내경을 회전하는 저압 편심부, 저압 편심부의 외부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 저압 롤러 및 저압 실린더 내부 공간을 분리하는 저압 베인을 구비하는 저압 압축 어셈블리;고압 실린더, 회전축의 회전에 따라 고압 실린더의 내경을 회전하는 고압 편심부, 고압 편심부의 외부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 고압 롤러 및 고압 실린더 내부 공간을 분리하는 고압 베인을 구비하는 고압 압축 어셈블리;저압 실린더 및 고압 실린더 사이를 구획하는 중간판;밀폐 용기의 냉매 유입홀에 삽입되어, 밀폐 용기 내에 냉매를 유입하는 냉매 유입관; 및냉매 유입관에서 유입되는 냉매의 유량이 상단과 하단으로 분배되도록 함으로써 냉매의 유량이 밀폐 용기로 유입되도록 하는 유량분배장치;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리식 2단 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,유량분배장치는, 밀폐 용기의 냉매 유입홀과 저압 압축 실린더 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리식 2단 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,유량분배장치는, 밀폐 용기의 냉매 유입홀과 저압 압축 실린더 사이에 위치하는 유량분배장치 길이의 적어도 2분의 1에 해당하는 부분이 냉매 유입홀의 중심보다 아래에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리식 2단 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서,유량분배장치는, 밀폐 용기의 냉매 유입홀과 저압 압축 실린더 사이에 위치하는 유량분배장치 길이의 적어도 3분의 2에 해당하는 부분이 냉매 유입홀의 중심보다 아래에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리식 2단 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,유량분배장치는, 냉매 유입홀 전체를 가리는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리식 2단 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,일단이 고압 실린더와 연결되며, 밀폐 용기를 관통하여 타단은 밀폐 용기의 외부에 위치하며, 고압 압축 어셈블리에서 압축된 고압의 냉매가 토출되는 유로를 제공하는 냉매 토출관;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리식 2단 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,유량분배장치는, 반통형(半筒形)의 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리식 2단 압축기.
- 제7항에 있어서,유랑분배장치는, 밀폐 용기의 내면에 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리식 2단 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,중간판에 형성되며 저압 실린더와 고압 실린더 사이에 냉매가 유동하는 중간압 연통홀;을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리식 2단 압축기.
