Description
도 2는 이스트 투 하이브리드 스크리닝에 사용할 바이트(bait) 플라스미드 BD-CONSTANS에 대한 자가활성(self-activation) 측정 결과이다. A는 콘스탄스 단백질의 구조이다. B는 BC-CO(1-373)(전장) 및 BD-COΔ133-174 구조물에 대한 자가활성 측정 결과이다. C는 BD-CO(1-373) (전장) 및 BD-COΔ133-174 구조물에 대하여 ONPG liquid β-galactosidase 어세이를 사용하여 자가활성을 측정한 결과이다.

- 애기장대 유래의 BBX30 및 BBX31 단백질 및 이들을 각각 암호화하는 DNA들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 물질을 포함하는 식물의 개화시기 조절용 조성물.
- 애기장대 유래의 BBX30 또는 BBX31을 암호화하는 유전자의 발현을 촉진 또는 억제시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 개화시기 조절 식물 제작용 재조합벡터.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 재조합벡터는 BBX30 또는 BBX31을 암호화하는 유전자 및 상기 유전자에 융합된 억제 모티프(repressor motif) SRDX를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개화시기 조절 식물 제작용 재조합벡터. - 제2항 또는 제3항의 재조합벡터로 형질전환된 식물.
- 애기장대 유래의 BBX30 또는 BBX31을 암호화하는 유전자를 이용한 식물의 개화시기 조절방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,
