Claims (5)
- 사이클로트론에 있어서,
입자 가속화된 빔(beam)이 생성되는 챔버가 형성되는 본체와;
상기 본체와 일정 간격을 두고 양측면의 적어도 일측면에 배치되어, 외부로부터 전원을 공급 받아 전기장 및 자기장을 형성하는 적어도 하나의 코일부와;
상기 본체와 상기 코일부 사이에 배치되어, 상기 본체 내부로 전달되는 자기장을 형성하는 적어도 하나의 자력발생부를 포함하고,
상기 챔버는 빔의 입자 가속 방향을 따라 제1챔버부 및 상기 제1챔버부보다 상대적으로 큰 빔의 입자 가속화 공간을 가진 제2챔버부가 교호적으로 형성되고,
상기 자력발생부는 상기 제1챔버부를 형성하는 상기 본체의 영역에 배치되며,
상기 제1챔버부의 자기장의 세기는 상기 제2챔버부의 자기장의 세기보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 사이클로트론. - 삭제

상기 자력발생부는 영구자석을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이클로트론. - 사이클로트론에 있어서,
빔(beam)의 입자 가속을 방향을 따라 입자 가속화된 빔이 생성되는 제1챔버부와, 상기 제1챔버부보다 상대적으로 큰 빔의 입자 가속화 공간을 가진 제2챔버부가 교호적으로 형성되는 본체와;
상기 본체에 대해 일정 간격을 두고 양측면의 적어도 일측면에 배치되어, 외부로부터 전원을 공급 받아 전기장 및 자기장을 형성하는 적어도 하나의 코일부와;
상기 제1챔버부를 형성하는 상기 본체의 영역과 상기 코일부 사이에 배치되어, 상기 제1챔버부로 전달되는 자기장을 형성하는 적어도 하나의 영구자석을 포함하며,
상기 제1챔버부의 자기장의 세기는 상기 제2챔버부의 자기장의 세기보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 사이클로트론.
