Claims (18)
- 중금속 흡착과 함께 이온 교환 매질용 저온 활성화 또는 부분적으로 활성화된 부분적으로 분해된 유기물의 제조방법으로서,1) 수분-함유 부분적으로 분해된 유기물을 일정량 과립화 장치에 주입하는 단계;2) 상기 부분적으로 분해된 유기물을 과립화시키는 단계;3) 상기 과립을 건조시키는 단계; 및4) 상기 건조된 과립을 175-287 ℃의 온도에서 활성화 열 매질을 이용하여 화학적 활성화 없이 열적으로 활성화시키되, 활성화된 과립이 75-100%의 볼-팬 경도수를 갖고, 상기 활성화된 과립은 중금속 흡착 최종용도에 적합한 활성화 단계를 포함하며,상기 부분적으로 분해된 유기물은 퇴비 미디어, 가축 분뇨, 하수 슬러지, 및 이의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 과립화 전에 원하지 않는 입자를 제거하기 위해 상기 부분적으로 분해된 유기물을 스크리닝하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 스크리닝 후에 상기 부분적으로 분해된 유기물과 첨가제를 혼합하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 첨가제는 결합제, pH 조절제, 및 이의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 건조 단계 동안 과립 온도는 80-200 ℃에서 수행되는 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성화 단계는 원하는 경도 및 활성화 수준에 이를 때까지 230-287 ℃의 온도를 갖는 증기, 이산화탄소, 불활성 미디어, 및 이의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 활성화 열 매질에 노출시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
