Claims (10)
- 제1기판;상기 제1기판 상에 위치하는 표시부;상기 제1기판과 이격 대향하는 제2기판;상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판을 접착하는 접착부재; 및상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판 사이에 위치하며 수지 및 상기 수지의 내부에 분산된 흡습성 미립자를 포함하고 상기 미립자의 입경이 10 nm ~ 10000 nm 범위를 갖는 흡습부재를 포함하고,상기 미립자의 분산 양은 상기 수지의 100 중량부 대비 1 ~ 40 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1기판;상기 제1기판 상에 위치하는 표시부;상기 제1기판과 이격 대향하는 제2기판;상기 제1기판 상에 위치하며 상기 표시부를 모두 덮는 보호막; 및상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판 사이의 전면에 위치하고 상기 제1기판과 상기 제2기판을 접착하며 두께가 0.001 mm ~ 0.1 mm 범위를 갖는 접착부재를 포함하고,상기 보호막은 Si 또는 Al 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 무기막 또는 유기막이 일층 이상으로 형성되거나 상기 무기막과 상기 유기막이 교번하여 형성되고,상기 보호막의 두께는 50 nm ~ 10 ㎛ 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접착부재의 두께는,0.001 mm ~ 0.1 mm 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 접착부재는,경화형 접착성 수지, 광 경화형 접착성 수지, 열 가소형 접착성 수지 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접착부재 및 상기 흡습부재는,외부 가시광선의 투과율이 85% ~ 95% 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1기판 상에 위치하며 상기 표시부를 모두 덮는 보호막을 더 포함하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 보호막은,Si 또는 Al 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 무기막 또는 유기막이 일층 이상으로 형성되거나 상기 무기막과 상기 유기막이 교번하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 보호막의 두께는,50 nm ~ 10 ㎛ 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접착부재는,상기 제1기판 및 상기 제2기판의 외곽을 둘러싸는 테두리 형태로 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.
