Abstract
따라서 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 사용함으로써 폐스크랩을 통한 재활용이 가능하여 각종 환경 규제를 피할 수 있다. 평량은 감소시키나 NVH값은 증가시킬 수 있는 에어라이트층은 차체의 경량화 및 제조비용을 감소에 유리하다. 또한 폴리우레탄 폼과 같은 가연성 있는 유독한 물질을 사용하지 않아서 사고 시 유독물질이 배출될 위험성이 감소되며, 제조되는 다층구조는 흡음성이 강화되어 NVH 성능이 크게 향상되는 장점을 갖는다.

Claims (8)
- 저융점 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(Polyethylene terephthalate) 섬유와 레귤러 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유를 함유하는 상부펠트층(Felt layer) 및 하부펠트층; 및
상기 상부펠트층과 하부펠트층 사이에 개재되며, 폴리프로필렌(Polypropylene)을 함유하는 에어라이트층을 포함하는 엔진 커버용 흡음재(FSA3L). - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 상부 및 하부 펠트층은,
저융점 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유 30 내지 60 중량부와 레귤러 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유를 40 내지 70 중량부를 혼섬하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 커버용 흡음재(FSA3L). - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 저융점 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트는,
융점이 150 내지 200 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 커버용 흡음재(FSA3L). - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 펠트층은,
평량이 300 내지 2000 g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 커버용 흡음재(FSA3L). - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 에어라이트층은,
평량이 230 내지 330 g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 커버용 흡음재(FSA3L). - 저융점 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(Polyethylene terephthalate) 섬유와 레귤러 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유를 카딩(Carding)하고 니들펀칭하여 제1펠트층(Felt layer)을 형성하는 단계;
저융점 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유와 레귤러 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유를 카딩(Carding)하고 니들펀칭하여 제2펠트층(Felt layer)을 형성하는 단계;
폴리프로필렌(Polypropylene)을 방사하여 웹을 형성하고, 상기 웹을 폴딩한 이후에 라미네이팅을 통하여 에어라이트층을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 제1펠트층과 에어라이트층 및 제2펠트층을 순서대로 적층하고 열과 압력을 가하여 합지하는 단계를 포함하는 엔진 커버용 흡음재(FSA3L) 제조방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 제1펠트층 및 제2펠트층을 형성 형성하는 단계는,
상기 카딩하고 니들펀칭하여 형성된 제1펠트층 및 제2펠트층을 예열하고 융착하는 단계, 상기 제1펠트층 및 제2펠트층을 프레스 롤러를 사용하여 두께를 조절함과 동시에 표면을 정리하는 단계 및 상기 제1펠트층 및 제2펠트층을 다시 예열한 후 냉각하여 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 엔진 커버용 흡음재(FSA3L) 제조방법. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 에어라이트층을 제조하는 단계는,
상기 폴리프로필렌을 190 내지 220℃로 용융하여 압출하고, 15 내지 20℃로 냉각하여 고화시키며, 동시에 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단섬유를 혼합하여 웹을 형성하는 단계,
상기 웹의 외측을 제거하고 일정속도로 폴딩하는 단계 및
상기 폴딩된 웹을 핫 멜트(Hot melt)방식으로 라미네이팅하여 에어라이트층을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 엔진 커버용 흡음재(FSA3L) 제조방법.
