Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 내부에 유체가 흐르도록 유로(R)가 형성되고, 양측에 각각 유체의 출입이 가능하도록 상기 유로(R)에 연통되는 유입구(12)와 배출구(13)가 형성된 밸브바디(11)와; 상기 밸브바디(11)에 내장되어 상기 유로(R)를 개폐하도록 만곡면(14a)이 형성된 밸브체(14) 및 이 밸브체(14)를 작동시키도록 연결되어 상기 밸브바디(11)의 일측 외부로 연장 형성되는 작동스템(15)과; 상기 밸브체(14)의 만곡면(14a)이 접촉되도록 상기 밸브바디(11)의 유로(R) 일측에 구비되는 밸브시트(31)와; 상기 밸브시트(31)를 고정시키도록 상기 밸브바디(11)에 결합되는 리테이너(32)를 포함하여 이루어지며; 상기 밸브시트(31)는 선단측에 상기 만곡면(14a)에 접촉되는 시트면(33a)이 형성되고, 기단측에 상기 밸브바디(11)에 이격되는 절개홈(34)을 형성하도록 구비되어 상기 밸브체(14)의 개폐동작에 따른 탄성작동이 가능함과 동시에 유체의 배출이 가능하도록 된 시트부(33)와; 상기 리테이너(32)에 의해 고정 결합되도록 상기 시트부(33)에 대해 편심위치되되, 상기 시트부(33)의 기단측에 일체로 형성되어 상기 절개홈(34)에 대해 반대방향으로 연장 형성된 고정부(35)가 구비되는 볼밸브가 제공된다.

Claims (4)
- 내부에 유체가 흐르도록 유로(R)가 형성되고, 양측에 각각 유체의 출입이 가능하도록 상기 유로(R)에 연통되는 유입구(12)와 배출구(13)가 형성된 밸브바디(11)와;
상기 밸브바디(11)에 내장되어 상기 유로(R)를 개폐하도록 만곡면(14a)이 형성된 밸브체(14) 및 이 밸브체(14)를 작동시키도록 연결되어 상기 밸브바디(11)의 일측 외부로 연장 형성되는 작동스템(15)과;
상기 밸브체(14)의 만곡면(14a)이 접촉되도록 상기 밸브바디(11)의 유로(R) 일측에 구비되는 밸브시트(31)와;
상기 밸브시트(31)를 고정시키도록 상기 밸브바디(11)에 결합되는 리테이너(32)를 포함하여 이루어지며;
상기 밸브시트(31)는 선단측에 상기 만곡면(14a)에 접촉되는 시트면(33a)이 형성되고, 기단측에 상기 밸브바디(11)에 이격되는 절개홈(34)을 형성하도록 구비되어 상기 밸브체(14)의 개폐동작에 따른 탄성작동이 가능함과 동시에 유체의 배출이 가능하도록 된 시트부(33)와;
상기 리테이너(32)에 의해 고정 결합되도록 상기 시트부(33)에 대해 편심위치되되, 상기 시트부(33)의 기단측에 일체로 형성되어 상기 절개홈(34)에 대해 반대방향으로 연장 형성된 고정부(35)가 구비되고;
상기 리테이너(32)는 상기 밸브바디(11)에 끼움 또는 나사체결에 의해 1차적으로 결합된 상태에서 상기 밸브바디(11)의 일면에 형성된 결합홈(38)에 2차적으로 결합되는 보강수단(40)에 의해 이중으로 결합되되, 상기 보강수단(40)은 상기 결합홈(38)에 대응되도록 상기 리테이너(32)의 일측에 형성된 관통공(39) 내에 삽입되는 체결볼(41)과, 이 체결볼(41)을 상기 결합홈(38)에 밀어 넣은 상태로 지지하도록 상기 관통공(39)에 나사체결되는 푸셔볼트(42)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 볼밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리테이너(32)는 상기 고정부(35)를 가압 고정한 상태에서 상기 시트부(33)의 일면이 접촉 가능하도록 연장된 지지면(36)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 볼밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 시트부(33)에는 상기 절개홈(34)의 형상이 내부에서 외부로 확장되도록 경사면(37)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 볼밸브.
