Claims (8)
- 산소흡수물질, 물 및 수분에 의해 팽윤하는 팽윤제를 포함하는 탈산소제 조성물의 가압성형물로 이루어지고,상기 팽윤제가 벤토나이트 및 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스이며,상기 산소흡수물질은 철분말, 아스코르브산 및 그 염(아스코르브산의 이성체인 에리소르빈산 및 그 염을 포함), 글리세린, 에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 글리세린산, 갈산(gallic acid), 카테콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 고형의 탈산소제 조성물.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 벤토나이트가 칼슘벤토나이트 및 나트륨벤토나이트부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 고형의 탈산소제 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스가 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스칼슘 및 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스나트륨으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 고형의 탈산소제 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 산소흡수물질이 철 분말이며, 조제로서 할로겐화 금속, 활성탄을 함유하는 고형의 탈산소제 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 산소흡수물질이 아스코르브산 또는 그 염이며, 조제로서 천이금속 또는 그의 화합물, 알칼리성 물질 및 활성탄을 함유하는 고형의 탈산소제 조성물.
- 산소흡수물질, 물 및 수분에 의해 팽윤하는 팽윤제를 함유하는 탈산소제 조성물을 가압성형하는 공정을 포함하며,상기 팽윤제가 벤토나이트 및 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스이며,상기 산소흡수물질은 철분말, 아스코르브산 및 그 염(아스코르브산의 이성체인 에리소르빈산 및 그 염을 포함), 글리세린, 에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 글리세린산, 갈산(gallic acid), 카테콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 고형의 탈산소제 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 가압성형이 연속가압성형이며, 상기 탈산소제 조성물이 가압성형용 조제로서 친수성 또는 수용성의 증점제를 단독으로, 또는 상기 친수성 또는 수용성의 증점제와 비친수성의 왁스 모두를 함유하는 고형의 탈산소제 조성물의 제조방법.
