Claims (3)
- 내부에 전자 소자를 포함하는 고정자;
상기 고정자의 상부에 고정되며 상기 고정자의 상측으로 돌출 배치된 중심축; 및
상기 중심축에 회전 가능하게 결합 됨으로써 상기 고정자에 대해 회전 가능하게 설치된 회전자;를 포함하는 팬 모터 장치로서,
상기 회전자의 내측면에는 회전시에 상기 고정자 측으로 바람을 발생하는 방열팬부가 구비되며,
상기 고정자의 표면에는 상기 방열팬부에서 발생하는 바람과 상기 회전자 내부의 공기 간 열교환 면적을 증가시키는 동시에 상기 고정자의 외 측으로부터 상기 중심축을 향해 공기를 유도하여 상기 회전자의 하부로 공기가 유입되도록 안내하는 냉각핀 겸용 공기 유동 가이드가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열 성능이 향상된 팬 모터 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉각핀 겸용 공기 유동 가이드는 상기 중심축을 중심으로 상기 고정자의 둘레를 따라 복수 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열 성능이 향상된 팬 모터 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 냉각팬 겸용 공기 유동 가이드는 상기 고정자의 외측 모서리로부터 상기 고정자의 중심 방향으로 갈수록 점점 더 좁은 단면을 가지도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방열 성능이 향상된 팬 모터 장치.
