Abstract
이와 같은, 메카니컬 씰은, 회전밀봉링과 고정밀봉링을 맞닿은 상태로 유지하도록 탄성 가압시키는 탄성부재가 회전하지 않도록 펌프의 하우징에 고정 결합된 커버본체에 설치된 바, 탄성부재로의 샤프트 회전에 의한 진동 전달이 억제되면서 고정밀봉링과 회전밀봉링의 면접촉상태를 안정적으로 유지되게 함으로서 펌프의 하우징 내 유체가 샤프트로 유입되는 것을 안정적으로 차단하게 된다.

Claims (4)
- 임펠러가 장착된 펌프의 샤프트 외측에 삽입상태로 고정 결합되는 회전밀봉링과;
상기 샤프트 외측에 삽입 배치된 상태로 상기 펌프의 하우징 내측에 고정 결합되는 커버본체와;
상기 커버본체에 삽입 설치되는 탄성부재; 및,
상기 탄성부재의 길이방향 일단에 고정 결합되며, 상기 탄성부재의 탄성력에 의해 상기 회전밀봉링과 접촉하게 되는 고정밀봉링을 포함하며,
상기 탄성부재의 길이방향 타단은 상기 커버본체의 일측에 고정 결합되고,
상기 커버본체는, 내측에 상기 탄성부재가 삽입 배치되도록 양단이 개구된 관 형상을 가지는 베이스와, 상기 베이스의 일단으로부터 상기 베이스의 내측방향으로 절곡되게 연장 형성되어, 상기 탄성부재의 길이방향 타단이 걸림상태로 안착 배치되게 하는 안착단을 포함하며,
상기 탄성부재의 길이방향 일단에는 상기 회전밀봉링과 고정결합되는 링 형상의 판 구조를 가지는 페이스부가 결합 형성되고, 상기 탄성부재의 길이방향 타단에는 상기 커버본체의 안착단 및 상기 펌프의 하우징과 고정결합되는 링 형상의 판 구조를 가지는 어댑터가 결합 형성된 메카니컬 씰. - 삭제
