Description
도 2 및 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 가공방법으로 제조된 모노필라멘트의 반구형태의 말단부를 나타낸 사진이다.
도 4 내지 도 7은 본 발명에 따른 가공방법으로 제조된 모노필라멘트의 세미테이퍼화된 말단부를 나타낸 사진이다.

Claims (15)
- 합성수지 조성물로 제조된 모노필라멘트의 일측 또는 양측 끝단을 반구형태의 말단을 형성하도록 처리한 다음, 이를 세미테이퍼화 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 모노필라멘트의 가공방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 모노필라멘트의 가공방법은
a) 상기 모노 필라멘트의 일측 끝단을 상기 합성수지의 융융온도(Tm)보다 높은 온도에서 용융시켜 밀폐막을 형성하는 단계;
b) 상기 밀폐막이 형성된 모노필라멘트를 염기성 용액에 침지하고 제거하여 상기 모노 필라멘트 말단을 반구형태로 형성하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 반구형태로 형성된 모노 필라멘트의 말단을 세미테이퍼화 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모노필라멘트의 가공방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 세미테이퍼화는 상기 a) 및 b)단계를 통해 형성된 모노필라멘트 끝단의 반구형태를 10 내지 90%유지하여, 상기 모노필라멘트의 말단이 곡면 형태이면서 테이퍼형태를 갖도록 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모노필라멘트의 가공방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계는 상기 밀폐막이 형성된 모노필라멘트의 일측 끝단을 제1염기성용액에 침지하고 냉각시켜 상기 밀폐막 및 이에 접한 모노필라멘트의 끝단의 표면에 크랙을 형성시키고, 이를 제2염기성용액에 침지하여 상기 밀폐막을 제거하여 상기 모노필라멘트의 말단이 반구형태로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모노필라멘트의 가공방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계 이후에, 상기 반구형태의 말단이 형성된 모노필라멘트의 반대쪽 끝단을 용융시켜 밀폐막을 형성하고, 이를 용융시켜 제거함으로써 반구형태의 말단을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모노필라멘트의 가공방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 c)단계 이후에 상기 세미테이퍼화 처리된 모노필라멘트의 반대쪽 끝단을 세미테이퍼화 처리하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모노필라멘트의 가공방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 b)단계에서 상기 냉각은 8 내지 50℃의 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모노필라멘트의 가공방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 합성수지조성물은 폴리에스테르 수지, 탄성수지, 치아세정력 향상제 및 무기첨가제를 포함하며,
상기 탄성수지는 상기 폴리에스테르수지 100 중량부에 대하여 1 내지 30중량부 포함되며, 상기 치아세정력 향상제는 상기 폴리에스테르수지 100중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 20중량부 포함되고, 상기 무기첨가제는 상기 폴리에스테르수지 100중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 20중량부 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모노필라멘트의 가공방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 탄성수지는 에틸렌-α올레핀계 엘라스토머, 프로필렌-α올레핀계 엘라스토머, 열가소성 올레핀계 엘라스토머, 열가소성 스티렌계 엘라스토머, 우레탄계 열가소성 엘라스토머, 실리콘 수지 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상이고,
상기 치아세정력 향상제는 플루오르화 올레핀 중합체, 질화붕소, 몰리브덴 디술파이드, 알루미늄 옥사이드, 흑연 또는 플러렌 중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상이며,
상기 무기첨가제는 탄산칼슘, 실리카, 은나노분말, 백금나노분말, 이산화티탄 또는 활석 중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 모노필라멘트의 가공방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 가공방법에 의해 제조된 모노필라멘트.
- 제 12항의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 칫솔.
- 제 12항의 모노필라멘트를 포함하는 전동칫솔.
