Claims (9)
- 복합금속산화물 촉매 및 다가알코올의 존재하에서, 활성수소 함유 유기화합물 및 지방산 알킬에스테르의 적어도 어느 하나와, 알킬렌옥사이드를 반응시키는 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 복합금속산화물 촉매가, 수산화 알루미늄·마그네슘 소성물, 및 그 표면 개질물로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 비층상(非層狀) 화합물이고,상기 활성수소 함유 유기화합물이, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 알코올, 아민, 아미드, 페놀, 및 티올로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물이고,R1OH (Ⅱ)(상기 일반식(Ⅱ) 중, R1은, 알킬기 및 알켄일기 중의 어느 하나를 나타낸다)상기 다가알코올이, 글리세린, 에틸렌글리콜, 및 디에틸렌글리콜로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이고,상기 다가알코올의 사용량이, 상기 활성수소 함유 유기화합물, 지방산 알킬에스테르, 및 알킬렌옥사이드의 총 질량에 대해, 0.02 내지 0.5질량%이고, 또한, 상기 복합금속산화물 촉매의 질량에 대해, 1.0배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,복합금속산화물 촉매와 다가알코올을 접촉시킨 후에, 활성수소 함유 유기화합물 및 지방산 알킬에스테르의 적어도 어느 하나와, 알킬렌옥사이드를 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,이하의, 스톡스의 식 :V=1/18·(ρp-ρ)g/μ·Dp2 ·3,600(스톡스의 식)[상기 스톡스의 식중,V= 반응 후의 복합금속산화물 촉매의 침강속도 (m/h),ρp= 반응 후의 복합금속산화물 촉매의 비중 (㎏/㎥),ρ= 얻어진 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물의 비중(㎏/㎥),g= 중력 가속도 (m/s2),μ= 얻어진 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물의 점도 (㎏/m·s),Dp= 반응 후의 복합금속산화물 촉매의 평균입자경 (m)을 나타낸다]로 구하여지는 반응 후의 복합금속산화물 촉매의 침강속도(V)가, 4.6×10-5(m/h) 이하가 되도록, 반응 후의 복합금속산화물 촉매의 평균입자경(Dp)이 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,다가알코올이 글리세린인 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,복합금속산화물 촉매가 마그네슘계 복합금속산화물 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,복합금속산화물 촉매의 비표면적이 50 내지 400㎡/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 기재된 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물의 제조 방법에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물.
- 제 7항에 있어서,평균입자경이 2㎛ 이하인 복합금속산화물 촉매를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물.
- 제 7항에 기재된 알킬렌옥사이드 부가물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계면활성제 조성물.
