Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 전자 브레이크를 이용하여 제동 해제와 재제동을 반복하는 ABS 작동 시 전기 모터의 위치를 제어하는 방법에 있어서,휠의 속도를 감지하고;상기 휠의 속도 변화에 따라 상기 휠의 슬립을 계산하고;상기 제동 해제 시작점과 재제동 시작점의 상기 휠의 슬립과 상기 전기 모터의 위치를 감지하고;상기 제동 해제 시작점과 상기 재제동 시작점 사이의 구간에서 상기 휠의 슬립과 상기 전기 모터의 위치를 선형 보간하여 휠 슬립에 해당하는 상기 전기 모터의 목표 위치값을 결정하고;상기 결정된 목표 위치값을 근거로 하여 재제동 구간에서 상기 전기 모터의 위치를 제어하는 전자 브레이크의 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전기 모터의 위치를 제어하는 것은,상기 결정된 목표 위치값에 따라 모터 위치 제어 명령을 상기 전기 모터에 인가하여 브레이크 패드를 로터 쪽으로 이송시키는 전자 브레이크의 제어 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 재제동 구간에서 상기 브레이크 패드의 위치가 상기 휠 속도의 변화에 연동되게 상기 전기 모터의 위치를 제어하는 전자 브레이크의 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 휠의 슬립은 상기 휠의 속도와 차량의 속도 차이로부터 계산되는 전자 브레이크의 제어 방법.
