Claims (9)
- 용지에 화상이 형성되어 배지되는 인쇄경로 상에 마련되며, 용지의 폭에 해당하는 길이를 갖으며, 잉크를 토출하기 위한 다수의 노즐이 형성된 어레이 잉크젯 헤드와;상기 인쇄경로와 연결되는 미싱노즐검지경로에 마련되며, 상기 어레이 잉크젯헤드에 의하여 테스트화상이 인쇄된 용지를 인쇄경로 쪽으로 이송시키면서 테스트화상을 스캔하는 미싱노즐검지부;를 구비하며,상기 미싱노즐검지부는,상기 테스트화상을 스캔하는 스캔유닛,상기 스캔유닛의 하측에 마련되어 상기 용지를 상기 스캔유닛 쪽으로 밀착시키는 밀착부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 화상형성장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 미싱노즐검지부는미싱노즐검지경로를 따라 상기 스캔유닛의 양쪽에 마련되며, 양방향으로 회전 가능하게 마련된 복수의 이송롤러부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 화상형성장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 복수의 이송롤러부 중 인쇄경로와 더 가깝게 위치하는 것은 용지를 정렬할 수 있는 레지스트레이션롤러인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 화상형성장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,인쇄경로와 미싱노즐검지경로가 만나는 위치에 마련되어, 픽업된 용지를 상기 어레이 잉크젯 헤드 쪽으로 이송되도록 안내하거나 또는 상기 테스트화상이 인쇄된 용지를 상기 미싱노즐검지부 쪽으로 안내하는 가이드부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 화상형성장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 어레이 잉크젯 헤드와 가이드부 사이에 마련되며, 양방향으로 회전 가능하게 설치된 이송롤러를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 화상형성장치.
- 용지에 화상이 형성되어 배지되는 인쇄경로 상에 마련되며, 용지의 폭에 해당하는 길이를 갖으며, 잉크를 토출하기 위한 다수의 노즐이 형성된 어레이 잉크젯 헤드와;인쇄경로를 따라 상기 어레이 잉크젯 헤드의 앞쪽에 위치하며, 상기 어레이 잉크젯헤드에 의하여 테스트화상이 인쇄된 용지를 상기 어레이 잉크젯 헤드 쪽으로 이송시키면서 테스트화상을 스캔하는 미싱노즐검지부;를 구비하며,상기 미싱노즐검지부는상기 테스트화상을 스캔하는 스캔유닛과,상기 스캔유닛의 하측에 마련되어 상기 용지를 상기 스캔유닛 쪽으로 밀착시키는 밀착부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 화상형성장치.
- 삭제
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 미싱노즐검지부와 픽업롤러 사이에 양방향으로 회전 가능하게 마련된 제1이송롤러와, 상기 어레이 잉크젯 헤드와 상기 미싱노즐검지부 사이에 마련되어 양방향으로 회전 가능하게 마련된 제2이송롤러를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 화상형성장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 제2이송롤러는 용지를 정렬할 수 있는 레지스트레이션롤러인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 화상형성장치.
