Claims (2)
- 온/오프 스위치(SW1);
부하의 동작을 온/오프하기 위한 계전기(RL1);
계전기 접점에 병렬로 연결되어 계전기 접점의 스위칭시 아크 발생을 방지하는 트라이악(Q1); 및
스위치의 온/오프에 따라 계전기(RL1)와 트라이악(Q1)의 동작을 제어하여 아크 발생을 억제하는 제어회로로 이루어지고,
상기 제어회로는 스위치가 온되면 로우신호를 하이신호로 변환하고 오프되면 하이신호를 로우신호로 변환하는 제1 반전기와,
상기 제1 반전기의 출력을 다시 반전시키는 제2 반전기와,
상기 계전기의 권선을 여자 혹은 소자시키는 계전기 스위칭 트랜지스터와,
상기 트라이악의 게이트를 트리거시키는 트라이악 스위칭 트랜지스터와,
상기 제2 반전기의 출력에 따라 상기 계전기 스위칭 트랜지스터를 온/오프시키는 제3 반전기와,
상기 제2 반전기의 출력에 따라 상기 트라이악 스위칭 트랜지스터를 온/오프시키는 제4 반전기로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 아크없는 개폐기. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개폐기는
전원이 공급되면 하이를 로우로 변환하여 출력하는 제5 반전기와, 상기 제5 반전기의 로우를 하이로 변환시켜 공통 스위칭 트랜지스터를 온시키는 제6 반전기를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 아크없는 개폐기.
