Abstract
가축분뇨를 이용한 바이오가스 처리과정에서 발생되는 폐액을 기본 기질(Matrix)로 활용하여 천연산물 유래의 친환경 유기질 영양성분(N, P, K) 및 미량원소 등을 추가하기 위하여 본 발명에서는 SCB액에 질소질구아노와 천연황산가리를 혼합한다. 질소질구아노에는 질소, 인산, 가리 등이 다량 함유되어 있으며, 천연황산가리에는 가리와 황 성분이 다량 함유되어 있다. 따라서 저농도의 SCB액에 질소, 인산, 가리와 미량원소를 충분하게 증가시켜 주기 위해 상기 질소질구아노 및 천연황산가리를 혼합하여 액비를 제조한다.
본 발명에서는 가축분뇨를 이용한 친환경 기능성 액비는 작물의 영양성분을 증대시키고, 저온저항성, 병충해저항성 등 작물의 기능성을 향상시켜 주며, 가축분뇨를 이용한 바이오가스를 제조할 때 발생되는 폐액의 이용방안을 다각화하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (4)
- 저농도의 가축분뇨액인 SCB액을 이용한 시설재배 관주전용 친환경 기능성 액비 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 SCB액에 분말 입자 크기를 250~325Mesh 크기로 각각 미분한 질소질구아노와 천연황산가리를 혼합하여 친환경 액비를 제조하되,
상기 질소질구아노는 질소 17중량%, 인산 13중량% 및 가리 성분이 3중량%를 포함되는 질소질구아노를 사용하며,
상기 SCB액과 질소질구아노, 천연황산가리의 혼합비율은 중량비로 4~6:3~5:1의 비율로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 기능성 액비 제조방법.

SCB액과 질소질구아노, 천연황산가리를 혼합할 때 혼합된 액비의 성분함량은 질소 5~10중량%, 인산 3~8중량%, 가리 4~8중량%, 황 1~4중량%, 글라이신베타인 6~8중량%, 해조추출물 아스코필럼노도섬 4~6중량%이고 나머지는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 기능성 액비 제조방법.
