Claims (3)
- 가솔린 및 디젤 연료를 동시에 사용하여 연소시키는 혼합연소 엔진 시스템의 과도 운전구간 제어방법에 있어서,
엔진 운전조건을 검출하는 단계;
EMS(electronic management system)는 상기 엔진 운전조건에 따라 EMS 파라미터를 결정하는 단계;
상기 검출된 엔진 운전조건과 결정된 EMS 파라미터에 기반하여 다이나믹 모델을 통해 모델링 값을 산출하는 단계;
상기 산출된 모델링 값이 목표경계조건을 만족하는지 여부를 판단하는 단계;
상기 산출된 모델링 값이 목표경계조건을 만족하는 경우에 기존의 EMS 파라미터에 의해 액츄에이터를 제어하고, 목표경계조건을 만족하지 못하는 경우에 역 다이나믹 모델을 통해 기존의 EMS 파라미터를 보정하는 단계;
상기 보정된 EMS 파라미터에 의해 각종 액츄에이터를 제어하는 단계;
를 포함하여, 엔진의 연소 모드 전환 시 제어 안정성을 확보할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합연소 엔진 시스템의 과도 운전구간 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 다이나믹 모델은 엔진의 동적 거동 특성, 즉 NOx, CO, THC(탄화수소), 노킹, SOC(Angle of Start of Combustion)이 반영되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합연소 엔진 시스템의 과도 운전구간 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 EMS 파라미터는 가솔린 및 디젤 연료비율, 점화시기, 분사시기, 유압압축비인 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합연소 엔진 시스템의 과도 운전구간 제어방법.
