Claims (10)
- 차량의 정속 주행 시스템 작동시에 차속을 제어하는 시스템에 있어서,
상기 차량의 주행 속도를 검출하는 속도 검출기;
상기 차량의 스로틀 밸브를 개폐시키는 스로틀 밸브 개폐 장치;
상기 차량의 브레이크의 작동을 조절하는 브레이크 제어 장치;
상기 차량의 변속기의 변속단를 변화시키는 변속기 제어 장치; 및
상기 속도 검출기로부터 수신된 주행 속도가 상기 정속 주행 시스템에 설정된 목표 속도보다 큰 경우, 상기 주행 속도와 상기 목표 속도와의 차이를 도출하고, 도출된 속도 차이값에 따라 상기 스로틀 밸브 개폐 장치, 상기 브레이크 제어 장치 그리고 상기 변속기 제어 장치가 단계적으로 작동되도록 제어하는 제어부;
를 포함하되,
상기 제어부는 상기 목표 속도를 기준으로 일정 범위의 속도 차이값을 각각 가지는 스로틀 제어 진입 라인과 스로틀 제어 해제 라인을 설정하고,
상기 속도 검출기로부터 검출된 주행 속도가 상기 스로틀 제어 진입 라인보다 크면 상기 스로틀 밸브 개폐 장치에 의해 상기 스로틀 밸브를 폐쇄시키고,
상기 속도 검출기로부터 검출된 주행 속도가 상기 스로틀 제어 해제 라인보다 작으면 상기 스로틀 밸브 개폐 장치에 의해 상기 스로틀 밸브를 개방시키는 차속 제어 시스템. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 목표 속도가 상기 스로틀 제어 진입 라인과 상기 스로틀 제어 해제 라인 사이에 제공되도록 상기 스로틀 제어 진입 라인과 상기 스로틀 제어 해제 라인을 설정하는 차속 제어 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 목표 속도를 기준으로 일정 범위의 속도 차이값을 각각 가지는 제동력 제어 진입 라인과 제동력 제어 해제 라인을 설정하고,
상기 속도 검출기로부터 검출된 주행 속도가 상기 제동력 제어 진입 라인보다 크면 상기 브레이크 제동 장치를 작동시키고,
상기 속도 검출기로부터 검출된 주행 속도가 상기 제동력 제어 해제 라인보다 작으면 상기 브레이크 제동 장치의 작동을 해제시키는 차속 제어 시스템. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 제동력 제어 진입 라인과 상기 제동력 제어 해제 라인은 상기 목표 속도보다 높은 속도값을 가지도록 설정하는 차속 제어 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 목표 속도를 기준으로 일정 범위의 속도 차이값을 가지는 시프트 다운 라인을 설정하고,
상기 속도 검출기로부터 검출된 주행 속도가 상기 시프트 다운 라인보다 크면 상기 변속기 제어 장치를 작동시켜 변속단를 다운 시프트시키는 차속 제어 시스템. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 시프트 다운 라인이 상기 목표 속도보다 높은 속도값을 가지도록 설정하는 차속 제어 시스템. - 차속을 제어하는 방법에 있어서,
차량의 속도가 증가하는 경우, 상기 속도의 증가가 엑셀 패달 작동에 의한 것인지 판단하는 단계;
상기 엑셀 패달 작동에 의한 속도 증가가 아니면, 상기 차량의 주행 속도와 목표 속도와의 속도 차이값이 스로틀 제어 진입 라인보다 큰 지 여부를 판단하는 단계;
상기 차량의 주행 속도와 목표 속도와의 속도 차이값이 스로틀 제어 진입 라인보다 크면, 스로틀 밸브 개폐 장치를 폐쇄시켜 상기 차량을 스로틀 제어하는 단계;
상기 스로틀 제어가 작동되면, 상기 속도 차이값이 제동력 제어 진입 라인보다 큰지 여부를 판단하는 단계;
상기 속도 차이값이 상기 제동력 제어 진입 라인보다 크면, 브레이크 제동 장치를 작동시켜 상기 차량을 제동력 제어하는 단계;
상기 제동력 제어가 작동되면, 상기 차량의 감속이 내리막길 감속 패턴 조건에 만족하는 지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 내리막길 감속 패턴에 만족하면, 변속기의 변속단을 다운 시프트시키는 단계;
를 포함하는 차속 제어 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 스로틀 제어가 작동되면, 상기 속도 차이값이 상기 제동력 제어 진입 라인보다 큰 지 여부를 판단하기 전에 스로틀 제어 해제 라인보다 큰 지 여부를 판단하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 차속 제어 방법. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 제동력 제어가 작동되면, 상기 차량의 감속이 상기 내리막길 감속 패턴 조건에 만족하는 지 여부를 판단하기 전에 제동력 제어 해제 라인보다 큰 지 여부를 판단하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 차속 제어 방법.
