Abstract
본 발명은 연소실로 유입되는 공기량을 조절하는 가변 흡기 시스템으로, 공기를 흡입하는 메인덕트와 보조덕트가 연결된 에어 크리너 본체; 에어 크리너 본체의 내부에서 상기 보조덕트에 연결되게 설치되는 밸브 하우징; 밸브 하우징에 구성되며, 상기 보조덕트의 관로 개방량을 선택적으로 조절하는 밸브 어셈블리; 밸브 하우징에 설치되며 상기 밸브 어셈블리에 구동력을 제공하는 액추에이터를 포함하고, 액추에이터는 영구 자석에 인가되는 전류에 의해 직선 운동하는 모터축이 구비된 리니어 모터로 구성한다.

Claims (16)
- 연소실로 유입되는 공기량을 조절하는 가변 흡기 시스템으로,
공기를 흡입하는 메인덕트와 보조덕트가 연결된 에어 크리너 본체;
상기 에어 크리너 본체의 내부에서 상기 보조덕트에 연결되게 설치되는 밸브 하우징;
상기 밸브 하우징에 구성되며, 상기 보조덕트의 관로 개방량을 선택적으로 조절하는 밸브 어셈블리;
상기 밸브 하우징에 설치되며 상기 밸브 어셈블리에 구동력을 제공하는 액추에이터;
를 포함하고,
상기 액추에이터는 영구 자석에 인가되는 전류에 의해 직선 운동하는 모터축이 구비된 리니어 모터로 이루어지며,
상기 리니어 모터는,
상기 모터축이 외부로 돌출되게 설치되는 모터 하우징;
상기 모터 하우징의 내부에 설치되고, 코일이 감기며 상기 모터축이 가이드부재를 통해 직선 이동 가능하게 설치되는 영구자석;
상기 모터 하우징의 내부에 나선형으로 구성되는 전극과 접촉되어 상기 가이드 부재의 직선 운동에 따라 이동거리를 검출하는 가변저항;
상기 모터축에 고정되며, 상기 모터 하우징의 내부에서 상기 모터축의 직선 운동을 지지하는 지지판;
를 포함하는 가변 흡기 시스템. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 리니어 모터의 모터축과 상기 밸브 어셈블리를 연결하며, 상기 모터축의 직선 운동을 회전 운동으로 변환하는 동력 전달유닛을 더 포함하는 가변 흡기 시스템. - 제2 항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 어셈블리는,
상기 밸브 하우징에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 밸브 샤프트;
상기 밸브 샤프트에 설치되며, 상기 밸브 하우징의 관로를 선택적으로 개폐하는 플랩부재;
를 포함하는 가변 흡기 시스템. - 삭제
