Claims (18)
- 네트워크의 셀에서 방송 채널 상에 상기 네트워크의 능력에 관한 정보를 방송하는 단계를 포함하는 셀룰러 무선 네트워크를 동작하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 네트워크의 패킷 코어의 패킷 스위칭된 긴급 호출 능력(packet switched emergency call capability) 및 상기 셀의 액세스 노드의 패킷 스위칭된 긴급 호출 능력에 관한 정보를 상기 액세스 노드의 방송 채널 상에 방송하는 단계;
상기 패킷 코어 및 상기 액세스 노드가 패킷 스위칭된 긴급 호출을 지원한다고 방송 정보가 나타내는 경우, 사용자 장비가 상기 셀에서 긴급 호출들을 수행하게 하는 단계; 및
상기 패킷 코어 또는 상기 액세스 노드가 긴급 호출들을 지원하지 않는다고 방송 정보가 나타내는 경우, 사용자 장비를 회로 스위칭된 긴급 호출들로 복귀시키거나, 회로 스위칭된 긴급 호출들을 지원하는 다른 셀을 선택하게 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 셀룰러 무선 네트워크 동작 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 방송 정보는 패킷 스위칭된 긴급 호출들에 대해, 로컬 규정(local regulation), 및 오퍼레이터의 정책(operator's policy) 중 적어도 하나에 관한 정보를 포함하는, 셀룰러 무선 네트워크 동작 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 긴급 호출 능력은 IMS 긴급 호출 능력인, 셀룰러 무선 네트워크 동작 방법. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 액세스 노드는 LTE 표준들에 따르는 eNodeB 기지국인, 셀룰러 무선 네트워크 동작 방법. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
모바일 단말(UE)과 네트워크 노드 간의 시그널링(signaling)은 상기 네트워크의 패킷 코어의 상기 패킷 스위칭된 긴급 호출 능력에 관한 정보를 상기 UE에 전송하는 것을 포함하는, 셀룰러 무선 네트워크 동작 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 패킷 코어의 패킷 스위칭된 긴급 호출 능력에 관한 정보가 핸드오버 절차 동안 상기 UE에 전송되는, 셀룰러 무선 네트워크 동작 방법. - 삭제
- 네트워크의 셀에서 방송 채널 상에 상기 네트워크의 능력에 관한 정보를 방송하도록 구성된 전송기를 포함하는 셀룰러 무선 네트워크를 위한 기지국에 있어서,
상기 전송기는 상기 네트워크의 코어의 패킷 스위칭된 긴급 호출 능력 및 상기 기지국의 패킷 스위칭된 긴급 호출 능력에 관한 정보를 상기 기지국의 방송 채널 상에 방송하도록 구성되는, 기지국. - 삭제
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 방송 정보는 패킷 스위칭된 긴급 호출들에 대해, 로컬 규정 및 오퍼레이터의 정책 중 적어도 하나에 관한 정보를 포함하는, 기지국. - 제 9 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,

상기 네트워크의 패킷 코어의 패킷 스위칭된 긴급 호출 능력 및 상기 셀의 액세스 노드의 패킷 스위칭된 긴급 호출 능력에 관한 정보를 상기 액세스 노드의 방송 채널 상에서 수신하는 수단;
상기 패킷 코어 및 상기 액세스 노드가 패킷 스위칭된 긴급 호출을 지원한다고 방송 정보가 나타내는 경우, 상기 셀에서 패킷 스위칭된 긴급 호출들을 수행하도록 결정하는 수단; 및
상기 패킷 코어 또는 상기 액세스 노드가 긴급 호출들을 지원하지 않는다고 방송 정보가 나타내는 경우, 회로 스위칭된 긴급 호출들로 복귀시키거나, 회로 스위칭된 긴급 호출들을 지원하는 다른 셀을 선택하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 모바일 단말.
