Claims (3)
- 배관에서 설치되는 감압밸브에 있어서,
배관과 연결되는 유입구(110)와 유출구(120)를 가지며, 다이어프램(143)에 의해 상기 유입구(110)와 보조유입구(110a)에 의해 연통되는 상부 챔버(143a)와, 하부 챔버(143b)로 상호 분리되고, 상기 상부 및 하부 챔버(143a, 143b)에 작용하는 압력의 차이에 따라 상기 유입구(110)와 유출구(120) 사이의 유로(130)가 개폐되도록 다이어프램 조립체(140)가 구비된 메인밸브(100)와;
상기 메인밸브(100)의 유입구(110) 측에 형성된 보조 유입구(110a)와 제1 배관라인(P1)으로 연결되는 감압파일럿밸브(200)와;
상기 제1 배관라인(P1) 또는 메인밸브(100)의 유출구(120) 측에 형성된 보조 유출구(120a)와 감압파일럿밸브(200)를 연결하는 제2 배관라인(P2) 상에 적어도 어느 한 곳에 설치되어 완충작용을 하는 댐퍼용 에어탱크(400)와;
상기 메인밸브(100)의 상부 챔버(143a) 측과 감압파일럿밸브(200)를 연결하는 제3 배관라인(P3)을 포함하여,
수충압 발생시 유체가 댐퍼용 에어탱크(400) 내로 유입되도록 하여 수충압으로 제거 또는 낮추도록 하되, 상기 제1 배관라인(P1) 상에는 유량을 조절하기 위한 유량조절밸브(300)와, 이물질의 유입을 차단하기 위한 스트레이너(500)가 더 설치되며,
상기 제1 배관라인(P1)와 제2 배관라인(P2)에는 유체의 차단하는 차단밸브(610, 620)가 각각 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헌팅 완화 감압밸브.
