Claims (16)
- 나사 샤프트(1)의 일 축방향 단부에 나사 헤드(2), 나사 헤드(2)에 대해 나사 샤프트(1)를 향하여 개방된 나사-헤드 시트(4)를 갖는 튤립 헤드(3) 및 로드의 고정을 위해 튤립 헤드(3)의 플랭크(5)들 사이의 로드 시트(6)를 가지며, 척수를 교정 및 안정화시키기 위한 임플란트용 척추경 나사로서, 나사-헤드 시트(4) 내에 위치된 헤드 리테이너(7)는 하부, 즉 나사 샤프트(1)의 방향으로부터 나사 헤드(2)를 보유하고, 하나 이상의 피벗 핀(9)에 의해 종방향 헤드 축(8)에 대하여 반경방향으로 배향된 축 주위에서 피벗회전하며, 헤드 리테이너(7)는 각각의 핀 보어(10) 내에서 피벗회전하는 2개의 핀(9) 상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 핀 보어(10)는 나사 샤프트(1)를 향하여 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 헤드 리테이너(7)는 V-형태이며, 2개의 피벗 핀에 의해 형성된 지지 축(11)에 대해 수직한 나사 샤프트(1)를 향하여 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나사 샤프트(1)는 종방향 헤드 축(8)에 대해 다축방향으로 편향될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 튤립 헤드(3)는 나사 헤드(2)에 인접한 단부(12)에서 나사 샤프트(1)와 끼워맞춤되는 하나 이상의 컷아웃(13)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
- 제6항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 컷아웃(13)은 지지 축(11)에 대해 수직하게 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 나사 샤프트(1)는 헤드 리테이너(15) 내에서 단지 나사 헤드(2)의 미끄럼 운동에 의한 제2 방향(15)보다 헤드 리테이너(7) 내에서의 나사 헤드(2)의 미끄럼 운동과 헤드 리테이너(7)의 피벗 회전에 의해 종방향 헤드 축(8)에 대해 제1 방향(14)으로 더 큰 각도로 편향될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 방향(14)은 헤드 리테이너(7)의 지지 축(11)에 대해 수직하게 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
- 제8항에 있어서, 제1 방향(14)으로의 나사 샤프트(1)는 최대 61도 만큼 편향될 수 있고, 제2 방향(15)으로는 최대 45도 만큼 편향될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 튤립 헤드(3)는 종방향 헤드 축(8)에 대해 반경방향의 보어(16)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 클램핑 부분(17)은 튤립 헤드(3) 내의 하나 이상의 고정 핀을 사용함으로써 고정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
- 제12항에 있어서, 클램핑 부분(17)은 공구 가이드(18)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
- 제12항에 있어서, 튤립 헤드(3)는 로드를 수용하는 플랭크(5)의 단부로부터 축방향으로 이격된 하나 이상의 가이드 요홈(19)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 튤립 헤드(3)는 축방향으로 감소되는 외측 직경을 갖도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로드를 수용하는 플랭크(5)의 단부의 내측 표면은 스핀들 나사산(20)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척추경 나사.
