Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 다음 단계를 포함하는, 노말 부텐으로부터 이소부텐을 분획화하기 위한 공정:
이소부텐, 1-부텐 및 2-부텐을 포함하는 공급물 스트림 및 수소를, 제1 압력에서 작동하고 동시에:
(i) 1-부텐의 적어도 일부를 2-부텐으로 전환하고;
(ii) 분별 증류를 통하여 2-부텐으로부터 이소부텐을 분리하는,
수소이성화 촉매를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 반응 영역을 포함하는 촉매 증류 반응기 시스템을 포함하는 제1 컬럼에 도입하는 단계;
이소부텐을 포함하는 제1 오버헤드 분획을 제1 컬럼으로부터 회수하는 단계;
이소부텐, 2-부텐 및 임의의 미반응 1-부텐을 포함하는 제1 바닥 분획을 제1 컬럼으로부터 회수하는 단계;
제1 바닥 분획을 제1 압력보다 낮은 제2 압력에서 작동하는, 분획화 컬럼을 포함하는 제2 컬럼의 최상부에 도입하는 단계;
제1 바닥 분획을 이소부텐 및 1-부텐을 포함하는 제2 오버헤드 분획과 2-부텐을 포함하는 제2 바닥 분획으로 분리하는 단계; 및
제2 오버헤드 분획을 압축하고, 압축된 제2 오버헤드 분획을 제1 컬럼의 하부에 도입하는 단계. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 제1 바닥 분획 및 제1 오버헤드 분획 중 적어도 하나를 사용하여 간접 열교환을 통하여 제2 바닥 분획의 적어도 일부를 가열하여 제2 컬럼을 위한 재비 증기를 발생시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 노말 부텐으로부터 이소부텐을 분획화하기 위한 공정.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 제1 오버헤드 분획을 사용하는 간접 열교환은 제1 오버헤드 분획의 적어도 일부를 응축시키는, 노말 부텐으로부터 이소부텐을 분획화하기 위한 공정.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 응축된 제1 오버헤드 분획의 적어도 일부를 제1 컬럼에 환류물로서 되돌리는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 노말 부텐으로부터 이소부텐을 분획화하기 위한 공정.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 제1 오버헤드 분획의 적어도 일부를 냉각수, 냉각기체, 또는 냉각제 중 적어도 하나를 사용하여 간접 열교환을 통하여 응축시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는, 노말 부텐으로부터 이소부텐을 분획화하기 위한 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 제1 컬럼은 5 bar 내지 15 bar 범위의 압력에서 작동되는, 노말 부텐으로부터 이소부텐을 분획화하기 위한 공정.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 제1 컬럼은 5.5 bar 내지 10 bar 범위의 압력에서 작동되는, 노말 부텐으로부터 이소부텐을 분획화하기 위한 공정.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 제2 컬럼은 0.5 bar 내지 5 bar 범위의 압력에서 작동되는, 노말 부텐으로부터 이소부텐을 분획화하기 위한 공정.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 제2 컬럼은 2 bar 내지 4.5 bar 범위의 압력에서 작동되는, 노말 부텐으로부터 이소부텐을 분획화하기 위한 공정.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 제2 바닥 분획은 이소부텐, 1-부텐 및 2-부텐의 총량을 기준으로 0 중량 퍼센트 초과 내지 3 중량 퍼센트 미만의 이소부텐을 포함하는, 노말 부텐으로부터 이소부텐을 분획화하기 위한 공정.
- 다음 단계를 포함하는, 혼합- 탄화수소 스트림을 분획화하기 위한 공정:
n-부텐, 이소부텐 및 파라핀을 포함하는 혼합- 스트림 및 수소를 제1 압력에서 작동하고 동시에:
(i) 1-부텐의 적어도 일부를 2-부텐으로 전환하고;
(ii) 분별 증류를 통하여 2-부텐으로부터 이소부텐을 분리하는,
수소이성화 촉매를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 반응 영역을 포함하는 촉매 증류 반응기 시스템을 포함하는 제1 컬럼에 도입하는 단계;
이소부텐을 포함하는 제1 오버헤드 분획을 제1 컬럼으로부터 회수하는 단계;
이소부텐, 2-부텐 및 임의의 미반응 1-부텐을 포함하는 제1 바닥 분획을 제1 컬럼으로부터 회수하는 단계;
제1 바닥 분획을 제1 압력보다 낮은 제2 압력에서 작동하는, 분획화 컬럼을 포함하는 제2 컬럼의 최상부에 도입하는 단계;
제1 바닥 분획을 이소부텐 및 1-부텐을 포함하는 제2 오버헤드 분획과 2-부텐을 포함하는 제2 바닥 분획으로 분리하는 단계; 및
제2 오버헤드 분획을 압축하고, 압축된 제2 오버헤드 분획을 제1 컬럼의 하부에 도입하는 단계. - 청구항 16에 있어서, 제1 컬럼은 5.5 bar 내지 10 bar 범위의 압력에서 작동되는, 혼합-C4 탄화수소 스트림을 분획화하기 위한 공정.
