Description
Claims (14)
- 안테나와 리시버를 구비하는 본체;상기 안테나와 전기적으로 연결되어, 상기 리시버와 인접한 말단 영역에 전기장이 형성되게 하는 도전부; 및상기 도전부와 전기적으로 연결되어, 상기 전기장의 피크 영역이 상기 리시버의 비활성화 시보다 활성화 시에 상기 리시버로부터 먼 곳으로 변위되게 하는 피크 변위부를 포함하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피크 변위부는 상기 도전부로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 이동 가능하도록 일단이 상기 말단 영역에 연결되는 도전성 부재로서, 상기 피크 영역은 상기 도전성 부재의 타단에 의해 상기 리시버로부터 상기 말단 영역보다 먼 위치로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 리시버는 상기 본체의 일 면을 통해 노출되도록 장착되고, 상기 도전성 부재는 상기 일 면에 반대되는 타면 측에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 도전성 부재는 상기 본체에 슬라이드 가능하게 장착되는 슬라이드부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 슬라이드부는 상기 본체의 주면들 중 상기 도전성 부재와 인접하지 않는 면의 일부분을 감싸도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 도전성 부재는 상기 본체에 회전 가능하게 장착되는 회전부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피크 변위부는 상기 도전부에 착탈 가능하게 결합 되는 도전성 바 로서, 상기 피크 영역은 상기 도전성 바의 자유단에 의해 상기 리시버로부터 상기 말단 영역보다 먼 위치로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 리시버는 상기 본체의 일 면을 통해 노출되도록 장착되고, 상기 도전성 바는 상기 일 면에 반대되는 타면 측에 결합 되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도전부는 상기 안테나가 접지되는 그라운드인 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단말기의 통화 모드의 동작은 상기 피크 변위부의 작동과 연관되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제10항에서,상기 피크 변위부에 의한 상기 피크 영역의 변위 시에 상기 본체는 통화 모드로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 휴대 단말기.
- 제11항에서,상기 본체는 시각 정보를 출력하며 터치 입력 가능한 디스플레이부를 포함하고, 상기 통화 모드 전환 시에 상기 디스플레이부는 숫자 입력이 가능한 상태가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제10항에 있어서,호 수신시에는 상기 피크 변위부가 작동되면 상기 단말기가 통화 모드로 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 본체는 상기 통화 모드에서 상기 피크 변위부가 작동하지 않은 경우에 이를 알리는 알림부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 단말기.
